  2. Allow Driver reports and Sales reports the option to reopen the month. Currently there is no tracking on who finalized a month and its a pain Operationally when this happens. Anyone can click on finalize.

  4. It would be nice to be able to generate tasks on trips and to also be able to upload documents based upon a trip and not the individual orders.

    The tasking would allow us to assign tasks to individuals reminding them of turning in paperwork, etc.

    The documents per trip would be specific trip documents (receipts, fuel, etc) and not order specific documents.

  5. would like to see the ACTUAL load date column on the long dist dispatch screen. Very important info. You have a preferred and assign on...but no actual.

  6. Give us the ability to sort the Revenue Groups in the drop down list, either alpha/numeric or even better yet, give us the ability to set the order it shows in the drop down list.

  7. I'm lookin in the SIT Information for a place to add an SIT Conversion Date (this is based on the tariff regulations). There is an SIT Expiration Date, but we also need a SIT Conversion date. We should be able to pull a report and see what orders need to be converted at any time.

  8. When a order is added in MS based on the branch of the order a default house account sales id would be added to the order. This could be changed if needed but no salesperson is added to an order the revenue associated to the order would go to the House Account bucket.

  9. Our Account Profiles have longer descriptions than what we are able to see. There is nothing to the right of the Account Profile in the Order Information or Revenue Entry Modules. Would you please increase this to match the size of the field so we can see the whole description?

  10. Today the MoversSuite data model doesn't support RMCs and their locations. This forces our group to put RMC data into Accounts making later selection and downstream reporting very difficult. Instead we have to use multiple User Defined labels to separate them out. This causes customer service reps to frequently select the wrong one which could apply a number of other rules to or effects to the order. If the model was changed to incorporate RMCs as well as RMC locations and Account locations this would enable us to better ensure we didn't apply incorrect business logic in MoversSuite.

  11. Add security to notes by Note Type so not everyone has access to a note. For example we would use a note type of Commissions for explanations how a sales commission was calculated, but we do not need everyone in the organization knowing how much sales people make.

  13. we have jobs with multiple services a day, with multiple days and even weeks of service. When billing, it would be helpful to have work tickets that have already been attached to a service highlighted or grayed out or identified in some way on the drop down in the Add Revenue Tab

  14. It would be very helpful to bookmark the Labor Request and Equipment Request tables in the service orders so this information can be provided in written format to dispatch for each order.

    This is request is currently in the pipeline. Reference case MOV-6154 for any inquires on this improvement. Of note, we plan to add the following bookmarks:
    Labor Requests Total (just displays a numeric count of all requests)
    Labor Request Table (listing similar to what we show on the Local Service Quick View, i.e. Loader (1), Mover (2), etc. each separated by a line break.

    And then two similar ones for equipment.

  15. Allow the Job Information Tab from the O&I Module to be visible when in revenue entry. A lot of billing information is included in this tab that billers need to have access to without a lot of flipping back and forth between Revenue Entry and O&I

  16. Can you implement archiving of an order's special instructions, both Origin and Destination, so that if a user add an account profile to an order later and the original instructions are overwritten, the user will still be able to access the original instructions and change them if they need to?

  17. Let's face it....we're all human. Right now, once you approve a time segment for an employee you are committed for all time. We need the ability to set pay periods and allow removing the approval, make changes and then reapprove for current pay period.

  18. Let's face it, we are all human. Once time has been approved, we need to be able to unapprove the time segement and make changes then reapprove. But create a setting so that changes cannot be done in prior pay periods.

  19. We need to be able to set Multiple Due Date Terms on our invoices per each Branch. We have some that are Net 10, Due Upon receipt, Net 30, Net 60. At the moment we have to fix these items in Adobe before they invoices are sent to the customers. We would like to be able to pick our terms on the invoices, with a default to net 30 for all invoices

  20. Make a checkbox to mark certain Material Types as Inactive. This will allow us to move assets that we want to track like dollies over to equipment while preserving history. These were originally all added into CPU before the O&I module.

    This issue has been on our radar for quite some time. It’s in our development queue under case MOV-5604. In addition to marking a Material Type as “Inactive” we want to allow you to change records en masse.
