  2. You should be able to filter the status options for the claim by alphabetical order, not by creation date. The way it is now makes it hard to navigate should you have a bunch of options.

  3. I have old status's that I am trying to change, and the viewing window does not allow me to press control and select all so that I can change the status of the claims all at once. In order to delete an old status option, it cannot be in use.. so to have to individually go through thousand of claims is not really an option. I also do not want to just change the one in use either, as it does not pertain to every claim I am selecting.

  4. I would like to be able to add in other email address options that are available for selection when right clicking and sending an email in the claims module other than email 1 & 2. I would like to be able to have the drivers email, the agents email, etc. so that we can utilize sending information through the claims module in lieu of Outlook.

  5. Right now we have to toggle between the liabilities/chargeback section of the claim module in order to see who might be liable for the claim. I would like to have another tab added to the claim item status area that would reflect the driver/branch/agent that we have preliminarily assessed liability to for each item.

    To piggyback on this - the bookmarks should allow all of the claim status tabs to be pulled from MS. I would like to see the claim item status, etc. when generating a report.

  6. Create data boxes so that we can document the repair firms name, date assigned to the order, and the date we receive the inspection report.

    We should be able to generate tasks that are dependent on the dates input into those fields.

  7. I wish that in the commission statement management, that the driver emails would automatically populate from their profiles. Much time is spent typing email addresses, and if by chance they go to the wrong driver, it creates huge problems.

  8. When reconciling the bank deposits to the GL transactions in GP I am comparing 1500 lines in GP to 500 lines on the bank. It would be very beneficial to have a field to input the total deposit amount so that I could sort those items together.

  9. The default time is 12 AM. No one wants to send a text at midnight. We have an appointment confirmation we would like to send at 7 PM the night before. It would be great if we could specify a default time when we create the template. But if we can't do that, at least change the default time to something other than midnight :-)

    Wouldn't it be awesome if these scheduled texts could trigger from key dates like the tasks do? So the day before the survey this text would automatically go out.

    Also, allow us to set up…

  11. Please add all Automobile detail fields (make, model, year, etc.) to Bookmarks in Forms Designer. Right now, the two current auto related bookmarks in forms designer are True/ False indicators, so when relocation coordinators send their confirmation documents for auto shipments, it only has the letter "T" instead of pertinent vehicle shipping information.

  12. While doing collections, there are many times where it would be nice to have the capability to email an Aging Report right from the Collections Module. Right now, you can export the data to an Excel file, which then needs to be save, then attached to an Outlook email.

    Better solution: Have a option that says "Email Aging" which then creates a PDF file, Opens Outlook and then puts an entry into Log Activity of what was sent and when. Much more efficient. This is similar to how you can email invoices although that email is not logged at this…

  13. I would like to see a need logs indicator in the Local Dispatch grid. This way the dispatcher could mark that a driver needs logs for a particular service. Another way to do this would be to put a free form notes column in the crew and or service portion of the local dispatch grid.

  15. In the BI tool when I have a report that is grouped and sorted and I run the report it will give me all the data all expanded. I would like there to be a way to run the report and get all the date collapsed. So I can pick and choose what to expand.

  16. It would be nice to be able to create a letter in forms designer and have an attachment with it so that when you use the letter the attachment would automatically attach itself to the email.

  17. Hi,

    Would it be possible for any docs that are available in MS Crew to auto detect any signature or text / checkbox fields and make them clickable?

    That would make it easier for the crew to sign and fill out paperwork instead of having to zoom in to where they need to place each check mark and signature.

  18. The problem i have with the text field is when the guys read it they see where it say you are on a job from 8:00am to 9:am and don't read the rest where it say report time. Maybe we can just have the report time in the text.

    We are hoping to delve into more work on the Crew Texting feature in the near future. We are thinking of opening up the text of the message to be at your control. So, you could build templates that contain the text and service data you want.

  19. Add Revenue Clerk on order to Contacts.
    Our Revenue Clerk is assisting with pricing out the orders for the crew when they are onsite with the customer. We would like for the Revenue Clerk to be added to the list of the Contacts viewable under assistance.

  20. Can you please change it so that we can change a positive credit card batch to go to a clearing account. It is so stupid that on a batch with a negative total which contains both a positive batch and a negative batch that I have to have both the positive and negative entries in my check register when it was actually a single negative entry. Using the clearing account would allow you to make a single bank transaction entry in GP for the CORRECT amount.
