Local Dispatch Grid Colors
As a visual cue to dispatchers we would like the ability to assign colors to different rows and cells in the local dispatch grid. The colors can signify anything the dispatcher wants. The colors would also need to remain on the grid after the dispatcher exits a session. All users would see the same colors as assigned by the dispatcher.

Modify historical commission to respond when no data found
Can we please submit an enhancement request to Mover’s Suite that will elicit a response from the Build Historical Statements (Commission Statement Management section) command even when no transactions are found? Even a response such as “No transactions have been found for the vendors/periods entered.” would be better than not knowing whether the command has been executed, since now there is currently no response whatsoever if no data is returned.

payment management/cash receipts
when keying cash receipts we key a check number but unable to search by that check number when researching.

add a way to select multiple people for commission, when adding to a group, we could select both the salesman and the contractor.
Could there be an option to select both the salesman and the contractor at the same time while adding commission to a group? So, we don't have to go in twice?

INACTIVE indicator added to 'Merchant Name' title bar (w\o expanding) - speedier administration & troubleshooting of Electronic Merchant.
Somehow indicate \ distinguish between ACTIVE and INACTIVE entries without having to open each one. Use of the word INACTIVE or some other indicator: INACTIVE, <Inactive> , Italicize the text, etc.
This could potentially apply to other locations in Admin Tool, but I am aiming it at the Electronic Merchant

Task Grouping
Would like the ability to group tasks for multiple users or multi-select users so that tasks will display on one screen so that it is easy to see what tasks need to be completed for certain departments or groups of people.

ACCOUNTING TOOLS: CUSTOMER STATEMENT SORTED BY DATE NOT INVOICE
The current customer statement in accounting tools is sorted by invoice number, not by date. This is confusing when you are trying to get a history of the cusotmer's invoices. I suggest sorting this by date, not by invoice number.

Recurring Storage - Labeling for Transactions
The description of the Recurring Charges would be easier to look through if the date started with the Year so that all the months in the same year would be grouped together in numerical order.

New feature:
On the Name, Address, Phone section Add a place to put the customer's spouse along with a phone number, email in one section. Also include a place to list a family member who is assisting with move.

Get API functionality to use other ERP's
The ability to use a different ERP (i.e. Sage Intacct) for ease of use.

Local Service Created By
When running IDLE report, show under the person who created the service based on their log-in vs showing under the order coordinator.
This will allow when there's an idle service to advise the person who created the service instead of the coordinator who may or may not be aware of the service.
I've added the email communication explaining from the case I submitted.

Branch Code on CSI cc report
Since the cc charges are by branch in MSS, the branch info should come over on the CSI pay report to make separating charges by branch much easier.

BITool - I suggest you add a date category for Last Month /Last Year to compare Last Month to same month in P/Y.
I suggest you add a date category for Last Month /Last Year so that you can compare the same month that would appear when selecting Last Month to the same calendar month for the prior year.

Clean up Drop down Menu selections
Items that show up within drop down menus in moversuite should be able to be deactivated so they do not show in drop down menus. For example we have many lead sources that are no longer being utilized so we would like to be able to deactivate these items so the drop down menu is cleaner and easy to sort through
