Using Dual Monitors
When using dual monitors, currently any active input boxes (to enter notes, for example) center between the screens. It would be much easier if it would pick a "main" monitor and open in the center of that. OR have a memory of where the user moves the box so that each time we need a box to pop up, it goes to that location on our screen.
When it opens in the center of the two monitors, it's very hard to read.

Commission statements
The commission statemets show a commisson total by order. This tells me how much the drivers is getting paid. I want to see a revenue total as well. This will allowe me to check the statements for reasonableness. I could easily compare what the company is getting on commission items to what is being paid to the driver.

When printing the "Dispatching Worksheet" report it would be helpful to have the crew names and equipment numbers on the report.

use quote are to print to driver info sheet
We utilize the quote tab to enter 3rd pty services and additional services that need to be performed on a shipment, such as labor, shuttle etc... Would like to get this to print on the Driver Info/Dispatch Sheet

Seamlessly open Movers Suite to specific Orders
If Mover's Suite could be loaded like file in Windows, interactivity and productivity could be increased. If for instance in a report, instead of Order numbers as text order numbers could be hyperlinks that opened up a copy of MS directly to the order. This would require MS to accept command line arguments, but if it also used the currently logged in UserID then it would be seamless. So if you wanted more information on a receivables report you could simply click the order link and Mover's Suite would open a new copy directly into that order.

Expand Allocation Function
Currently you can only allocate revenue based on revenue group and move type group. I would like to see that expanded to distinguish based on contract/tariff, rate table and commodity.

Currently, able to go to order from Tasks but need to also go to Claim.

Ability to expand vendor/customer number fields
In the claims module, the vendor and customer number fields will not expand to allow the entire number to be seen. The wrong customer or vendor could be chosen, which creates a payment and a time management problem for both claims and accounting. Expansion of field will solve this problem.

ability to show the date of a note when printing out a note or work ticket.

Notes - Multiple portions / combined notes
Have a function to see notes from orders with the same main order number segment available without having to go into each portion to view the notes. We have orders with 10+ portions and viewing the notes in one location would be a great time saver.

Day Notes
When OTR kicks an order over from Self Haul to Van Line haul, MSuite should email coordinator automatically. We often don't know this has happened until we get a van line notification of driver assignment.
