  1. Have an option when creating a duplicate order that would ask what level of duplication the user would like. For example the options might be Name and Address Information, Name and Address information and Move Information, and All information except Notes.

  3. In revenue entry, when doing a GP order inquiry the displayed data can not be printed or exported. Much time is lost with print screens and hand copying.

  4. When searching for an order there are many times multiple selections come up. If it is unclear which order to look at, we start with the first one and if that wasn't the correct one, we have to start over and re-enter our search criteria. The hotkey or "last search" button would popuplate whatever search criteria you entered on your last find.

    We have now added a flag to “Use search criteria from previous Find” – So if you use the hot key for Find (Alt F) and then hit space (because the flag is the selected field) your search criteria will fill in and you and then add additional criteria. This will be included in version 5.03

  5. It would create effeciencies if a biller could select multiple revenue lines using the CTRL key and move them to and from the invoice screen when about to generate an invoice.

  9. We have emails, word documents, estimates, etc that are created for each individual order. In order to store these records we print them out and stuff them in a file. If you could attach these files electonically to the order in moverssuite we can eliminate the file and create huge savings in form of supply/paper cost and records retention. We would also improve service to our customers and staff productivity, because it would take less time to access customer information. Add in the other suggestion to create the interface for trans docs and we would have all the information in…

  10. To avoid having to always change the 'P' identifier to 'M', modify the logic on the vanline statement import proceedure to assign an identifier of 'M' to any line items that have a reference of 'JOUR' in positions 129-132 of the statement AND are related to an order.

  12. When inputting Cash Receipts and you have to use the Find feature for a customer or order number, it would be helpful if the find screen would show the amount oustanding on the results screen. This would help decide which invoice a payment would apply to.

  13. It would be nice to be able to search for an order by Accounts Receivable balance. This would include the options for equal, less than, greater than, and orders with a balance between an upper and lower limit.

  17. It would be a nice feature in the Mover's Suite AR Collection report to sort by the Age or the Amount fields. The Excel downloads are not user friendly.

    With the new PM Apply dialog we are now allowing you to assign a different branch to unapplied AR amounts. The new dialog is currently in internal testing and will be going to BETA in the coming weeks. Look for this in our next full release.
