Task cleanup
It would be nice to be able to clean up both the Task Definition and the individual tasks. At some point, without this, the number of Task Definitions is going to get to cumbersome to find the task you are look for especially when each customer could require it's own task definition to make sure everything gets handled correctly.

Add service Notes directly into the Local Dispatch Center grid. Allow the dispatcher for the branch to add a note that can be viewed in the grid without selecting the Notes tab or having to review the notes in Day Notes.

HAVE A $ TOTAL SHOWING FOR THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL LIVE INVOICES THAT HAVE BEEN CREATED ON THE SUMMARY TAB IN REVENUE ENTRY
As it is now we have to manually calculate the total amount of the live invoices (ones that have not been voided) in order to find out the total amount that has been invoiced including all supplemental invoices. It would be awesome if it just showed us the total dollar amount at the bottom of the amount column on the summary tab in the invocing section under where it shows what invoices have been created. It would save us a lot of time. Thank you.
21 votesThis has been completed and is ready for testing. Since you can have invoices for multiple customers, the subtotal is in the grid and shows by customer. This will be in release 2016 r7.

Change the misnomer label of "SIT to Perm Date" in both SIT Info sections of the SIT/Recurring Billing tab to "Authorization Ending Date".
The nomenclature "SIT to Perm Date" really is a conversion date, not a billing authorization ending date. As I understand it, this field currently shows the calculated date that the current number of days authorized for billing ends upon. The conversion date, or SIT to Perm Date, is a different thing more related to liability than billing; however, it is a very important storage management date that also needs to be tracked. Allow invoices to be back-dated or future-dated, not just dated on the day they are generated, please.
We have customers that need an invoice dated in the future, i.e., the first of the subsequent month or the first of the subsequent quarter for various reasons such as budgetary concerns.
This would also help allow accounting to start an invoice and come back to it later, and allow updating of the invoice date to the new date.
I understand that there might need to be restrictions to current open months, or something of the sort.

Ability to show leads downloaded from QTG into Mover Suite in the Closing Ratio report
show any lead from QTG as a section for the closing ratio report in mover suite. These do not currently show up on the interstate orders.

allow the creator of an account to edit or delete documents uploaded to Document Management to ensure credit card information can be deleted
Sometimes paper work that is uploaded to Document Management might end up being paper work for another Customer that was uploaded by mistake or credit card information is uploaded by mistake, there should be an option for person creating account to edit or delete those documents and re-do it again.

Problem with “DUPLICATE ORDER” feature: The information currently copied over is sometimes undesirable for re-use
Problem with “DUPLICATE ORDER” feature.
Problem: The information currently copied over is sometimes undesirable for re-use, and also difficult to locate and remove, thereby leading to contamination of a new order. I submit this would be a much more useful feature if each agent could define which fields are copied over from the source order to the cloned order.
Solution: Realizing this cannot be customized for each Agent, recommend this would be ideally performed via an administrative utility whereby each Agent may define which fields are copied over, based on “Type of Move”1 voteWe have recently change the duplicate order functionality giving you a couple different options.

Contract field
We need the contract field in MS to stay to a specific contract that we created specifically for our commission employees and not be overwritten every time the van line downloads. This is crucial to our billing dept.

stop the automatic check mark in the 1099 box on payables transactions on Van Line statement
When you select "charge matching vendors" on the Van Line import screen, a check mark is automatically placed in the vendor's 1099 box in payment management. Please provide the option for a company to turn off this feature and do not have the 1099 box automatically check marked

WHEN WE ARE ENTERING A NEW REVENUE ITEM IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SAVE AND ADD COMMISSION & SAVE AND ADD THIRD PARTY PAYABLE BUTTONS. AS IT IS SET UP NOW WE HAVE TO SAVE AND CLOSE THE ITEM THEN GO UP TO THE ADD ITEM DROP DOWN TO ADD THE COMMISSION OR PAYABLE TO THE REVENUE ITEM. THIS WOULD SAVE US TIME IF WE COULD JUST HIT ENTER ON A BUTTON AND HAVE IT POP UP SO WE CAN ADD THE COMMISSIONS AND PAYABLES. THANK YOU.

If you enter in a wrong date too many services will populate. Would be nice if you could delete them all at once.
