  1. In Order History, we would like to see the Revenue Clerk changes. As times change and we grow the data in Movers Suite is extremely important for it to be accurate. We have required Account Profiles on every order and we have set up our default Revenue Clerk based on the Account Profile. I am still finding orders where the Revenue is not correct. The revenue clerks have tasks/reports to help them find their orders. (We want all revenue clerks to work out of Document Management, not waiting for paperwork to appear on their desk.)   2. Can you please add the work ticket number to the main order information in MSCrew? Currently, in order for anyone to see the work ticket number on an order, they have to tap on the order. When dealing with multiple work tickets for the same job on the same day, it's impossible to find the service ticket you should be working on quickly. See attached image for what I mean.

    Making all fields available as required fields is too big of s scope for us to take on at this time. We have added the two fields you specifically mention (Salesperson and Service Type) in release 2017 r12 as well as a handful of others. Please see our release information to get all the details.

  4. Many customers prefer to only receive texts instead of calls and be able to reply to them. A way to text from Moverssuite and have responses saved back to Moverssuite. Also to build on that. automated texts about crew arrival times or follow up survey questions that saves and tracks replies.

  6. In the MoversSuite Email - We would like the Participating Agent's Emails to be available through the To: button. We would like to be able right click in DM and send to email and be able to choose at least 2 email contacts from the Agents tab. Right now you can only click one and only through the agents tab email button.

  8. When orders are copied from old orders the person copying the order does not edit details therefore we have things posted incorrectly and must be corrected by billing/accounting when the error is discovered which takes a lot of unnecessary time.

    In release 2016 r08 which should ship on 4/10/2017 customers will have an option to turn off the duplicate order functionality. This setting either allows duplicate functionality or turns it off for you entire organization.

  9. On duplicate orders (reverse order option) the Consignor's and Consignee's information should be copied to the correct side. We currently have to cut and paste the data. This should include the contact name and phone number as well.

    A flag is available that you can set on your cancel Order Status value or values that requires someone to provide a reason why they are cancelling the order. When this flag is set, a person must select a reason in order to continue to cancel the order. They also have the option to back out of cancelling as well (by pressing Cancel). In other words, this provides a confirmation to anyone that is cancelling the order.

    To ensure that they receive this prompt, in the Admin Tool under the Administration category, open Order Status and then verify that the “Is Cancelled Status” flag is set on all records that you consider a cancelled order; having just the one “Cancelled” status having this flag set is fine, too.

  12. To be able to start a quote using revenue groups as they appear in revenue entry screen. Then be able to choose/add the revenue item code from the drop down.
    This would prevent users for choosing the wrong item codes and streamline the process for customer service.
    As it stands, there are too many item codes to choose from. whoever is creating a quote gets confused and finds the process difficult. In addition,It would be helpful if quotes could import information from an external source or document. ie excel,quotes to go.

  13. The nomenclature "SIT to Perm Date" really is a conversion date, not a billing authorization ending date. As I understand it, this field currently shows the calculated date that the current number of days authorized for billing ends upon. The conversion date, or SIT to Perm Date, is a different thing more related to liability than billing; however, it is a very important storage management date that also needs to be tracked. Of note, the conversion date (SIT to Perm Date) is typically, but not always, the 180th day of SIT. So, really, in addition to changing the nomenclature of…

  14. Problem with “DUPLICATE ORDER” feature.

    Problem: The information currently copied over is sometimes undesirable for re-use, and also difficult to locate and remove, thereby leading to contamination of a new order. I submit this would be a much more useful feature if each agent could define which fields are copied over from the source order to the cloned order.

    Solution: Realizing this cannot be customized for each Agent, recommend this would be ideally performed via an administrative utility whereby each Agent may define which fields are copied over, based on “Type of Move”
