Equipment Administration
Have the same functionality for Local Equipment as LD Equipment. Allow for the entry and tracking of more detailed information regarding our equipment. Additional information we would like the following additional fields: Fleet, Axle, Purch Date, New/Used, Purch Price, Cost New, Owned/Leased, Purchased From, Vanline or Not, Base State, Plate #, Plate Exp Date, Lien Holder, Van ID, Date Added, Past Unit #'s,

Payment Management - Unapplied Cash

3 votesWith the new PM Apply dialog we are now allowing you to assign a different branch to unapplied AR amounts. The new dialog is currently in internal testing and will be going to BETA in the coming weeks. Look for this in our next full release.

Allow system administrators to create sub-menus for dropdowns such as: Reports, Third Party Applications, etc...

Find - have a hotkey to repeat last find
When searching for an order there are many times multiple selections come up. If it is unclear which order to look at, we start with the first one and if that wasn't the correct one, we have to start over and re-enter our search criteria. The hotkey or "last search" button would popuplate whatever search criteria you entered on your last find.
7 votesWe have now added a flag to “Use search criteria from previous Find” – So if you use the hot key for Find (Alt F) and then hit space (because the flag is the selected field) your search criteria will fill in and you and then add additional criteria. This will be included in version 5.03

AR Balance Summary - Revenue Entry
Display the customer number next to the customer name on the AR Balance Summary screen in the Revenue Entry program/Summary Screen.

Payment Management Inquiry(drilldown)
Be able to view detail for posted items in Payment Management.

Adjust logic on vanline statement import
To avoid having to always change the 'P' identifier to 'M', modify the logic on the vanline statement import proceedure to assign an identifier of 'M' to any line items that have a reference of 'JOUR' in positions 129-132 of the statement AND are related to an order.

Create an interface with TransDocs.
At a push of a button be able to view the documents stored on the the TransDocs system appear for the order you are currently viewing. From those documents we should be able to view, print or email them.

Allow users to mark leads as dead or cancelled.
Currently leads cannot be changed from a "Lead" status unless they are booked.

Add a cell phone to the order for the shipper.
It would be nice to have a field to store the shippers cell phone number on an order.

Allow users to easily move an order from one trip to another.
Currently the user has to remove an order from a driver and then re-assign that order to move it from one trip to another.
