Create an interface that allows importing of invoice information from Windfall, Oneil, Total Recall for billing and invoiceing purposes
The interface would import invoices from outside systems as orders, create revenue, auto commission if needed, generate transactions and produce invoices if needed.
6 votesThe WMS Revenue Import is available at Version 2019 R23 and later (case #MOV-5149). You can create an export file from any system and build a spreadsheet that imports directly into MoversSuite. Further, it create necessary orders (or updates existing ones) and generates billing items for you. Refer to the WMS Import or WMS Revenue Import topic within a recent version of MoversSuite: http://www.ewsgroup.com/moverssuite/support/onlinehelp/2019R23/index.htm#!WordDocuments/version2019r23features.htm.

Eliminate the copy order function completely.
When orders are copied from old orders the person copying the order does not edit details therefore we have things posted incorrectly and must be corrected by billing/accounting when the error is discovered which takes a lot of unnecessary time.
17 votesIn release 2016 r08 which should ship on 4/10/2017 customers will have an option to turn off the duplicate order functionality. This setting either allows duplicate functionality or turns it off for you entire organization.

Allow item description editing.
As long as an item code was note attached to an invoice you were able to change the description. The function has been disabled as of the last update? Can you adjust this so we can update our descriptions again?
11 votesWe figured out what happened and have made corrections. You will see a fix for this in release 2016 r11

duplicate order
On duplicate orders (reverse order option) the Consignor's and Consignee's information should be copied to the correct side. We currently have to cut and paste the data. This should include the contact name and phone number as well.

Add "last name" column to list results in container management.
Current columns include:
Container
Assigned
Order
Location
Type
BranchI am simply suggesting that names be added to the query result for those of us who are better with names than numbers.

Add a double check question when changing the MSS Order Status to Cancel. It is too easy to cancel a move accidently.
Before the Status change updates, have the system ask "are you sure you want to cancel this move?". You would have to Click yes to cancel it.
6 votesA flag is available that you can set on your cancel Order Status value or values that requires someone to provide a reason why they are cancelling the order. When this flag is set, a person must select a reason in order to continue to cancel the order. They also have the option to back out of cancelling as well (by pressing Cancel). In other words, this provides a confirmation to anyone that is cancelling the order.
To ensure that they receive this prompt, in the Admin Tool under the Administration category, open Order Status and then verify that the “Is Cancelled Status” flag is set on all records that you consider a cancelled order; having just the one “Cancelled” status having this flag set is fine, too.
You can modify the list of reasons that a person can select from when they are cancelling the order as well. This…

Local Services
Is there a way to make it so if you cancel a local service it will just be marked canceled and not just disappear? This would be nice for historical info. They are saying they would like to see it on the order as greyed or marked canceled out but not show up on the local dispatch screen.

Add bookmarks for fields in the SIT/Recurring Billing tab
The current version of Mover's Suite (5.06.0.40713) is very reliable when generating custom documents in Microsoft Word using bookmarks. However, there are no bookmarks that can be used to generate reports with any of the fields in the SIT/Recurring Billing Tab. I suggest you implement bookmarks for all of these fields so that user-generated reports can be detailed with the same information you allow to be kept and managed in your software.
3 votesWe have created a new tool for creating letters which will be in beta next week. In release 2016 r11 we have added 130 bookmarks for this new tool which include the SIT information.

Allow Fasttrack & Windfall to interact with MoversSuite.
Currently Fasttrack and Windfall do not 'speak' with moverssuite. So we can't download an order (a non van line order) onto our devices to begin inventorying and we can't download an order into our windfall (warehousing system). Also, when the order is completed on the devices it would be nice to save/upload the documents directly into the order in moverssuite. Thanks!
1 voteAbility to email a CSV file to a driver to import into FastTrac has been completed and tested by Windfall. This will be in release 2016 r7

create quotes using revenue group
To be able to start a quote using revenue groups as they appear in revenue entry screen. Then be able to choose/add the revenue item code from the drop down.
This would prevent users for choosing the wrong item codes and streamline the process for customer service.
As it stands, there are too many item codes to choose from. whoever is creating a quote gets confused and finds the process difficult. In addition,It would be helpful if quotes could import information from an external source or document. ie excel, quotes to go.1 voteCheck out the latest changes to the quote coming in 2016 r20; quotes are much easier to work with.

Task cleanup
It would be nice to be able to clean up both the Task Definition and the individual tasks. At some point, without this, the number of Task Definitions is going to get to cumbersome to find the task you are look for especially when each customer could require it's own task definition to make sure everything gets handled correctly.
1 voteYou can now mark a Task Definition or tasks on that definition as inactive.

Add service Notes directly into the Local Dispatch Center grid
Add service Notes directly into the Local Dispatch Center grid. Allow the dispatcher for the branch to add a note that can be viewed in the grid without selecting the Notes tab or having to review the notes in Day Notes.
1 voteIn release 2016 r3 we add a “service note” and this note shows up in the dispatch grid.

Allow invoices to be back-dated or future-dated, not just dated on the day they are generated, please.
We have customers that need an invoice dated in the future, i.e., the first of the subsequent month or the first of the subsequent quarter for various reasons such as budgetary concerns.
This would also help allow accounting to start an invoice and come back to it later, and allow updating of the invoice date to the new date.
I understand that there might need to be restrictions to current open months, or something of the sort.
Thank you.1 voteWe allow you to choose the invoice date.

Change the misnomer label of "SIT to Perm Date" in both SIT Info sections of the SIT/Recurring Billing tab to "Authorization Ending Date".
The nomenclature "SIT to Perm Date" really is a conversion date, not a billing authorization ending date. As I understand it, this field currently shows the calculated date that the current number of days authorized for billing ends upon. The conversion date, or SIT to Perm Date, is a different thing more related to liability than billing; however, it is a very important storage management date that also needs to be tracked. Of note, the conversion date (SIT to Perm Date) is typically, but not always, the 180th day of SIT. So, really, in addition to changing the nomenclature of…
