  1. Can you please add the work ticket number to the main order information in MSCrew? Currently, in order for anyone to see the work ticket number on an order, they have to tap on the order. When dealing with multiple work tickets for the same job on the same day, it's impossible to find the service ticket you should be working on quickly. See attached image for what I mean.

  2. We need the SIT Origin Expiration Date and SIT Destination Expiration Date added to the BI Tool for reporting. This will be the easiest way to run a report and track any storage authorizations that are nearing or have met their expiration date.

    This functionality is currently available.

    The expiration date associated to SIT is available through the BI Tool as SITToPermDate. Use this field in conjunction with the SITType to determine the expiration at Origin or Destination.

  3. Give us the option to mark a specific type of Crew Activity inactive. Trying to keep it simple for the crews punching in/out on MSCrew.

  5. With Techmate Notes not exporting to FirstMate, I need to be able to send a document to sales staff that shows all of the notes on the lead as it contains information they require to perform an estimate.

  14. HELP!
    In M.S. regarding the JOB START time and JOB END time…
    Can you have the programmers make it so these times can be cleared/removed if needed?

    Currently if you were to enter JOB START: 8:00am and JOB END 10:00, it will not let you remove the time, if it goes temporarily “pending”... WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! MS will only allow you to change the time, but not clear it out.

    Hello, you can remove job start and end times, by highlighting the time and hitting DELETE, the control will change to 12:00AM and when you tab out of the field, it will blank out the time. If you have problems, please contact our support and they can walk you through the process.

  16. Right now you have to enter services for non sequential dates one at a time which is tedious and inefficient if there is a dispatch note that needs to be added to each one.

  17. i suggest you get rid of the date in the "job Start/Job End" section of the dispatch module. it is a duplication as the page is already on the date needed....it just clutters up the screen

    Two versions of Extra Stop bookmarks are available in Forms Designer in release 2020 R15, with a final change in 2020 R25. See the Extra Stops Table listed under the Order Information and Local Services categories when designing your forms.

  20. In the MoversSuite Email - We would like the Participating Agent's Emails to be available through the To: button. We would like to be able right click in DM and send to email and be able to choose at least 2 email contacts from the Agents tab. Right now you can only click one and only through the agents tab email button.
