Add the ability to add a revenue item from the revenue group dialog..
When adding a revenue group add option to add revenue item. At this time you must save the group and then add the revenue item. Thanks Drew

i would also like the ability to right click on the revenue group posting and have the option to add the new revenue item to the group.
