  1. When orders are copied from old orders the person copying the order does not edit details therefore we have things posted incorrectly and must be corrected by billing/accounting when the error is discovered which takes a lot of unnecessary time.

    In release 2016 r08 which should ship on 4/10/2017 customers will have an option to turn off the duplicate order functionality. This setting either allows duplicate functionality or turns it off for you entire organization.

  2. Many customers prefer to only receive texts instead of calls and be able to reply to them. A way to text from Moverssuite and have responses saved back to Moverssuite. Also to build on that. automated texts about crew arrival times or follow up survey questions that saves and tracks replies.

  3. Being able to edit the order number in case it was entered incorrectly. This would save a lot of time and efficiencies if we could correct the error vs. having to cancel, and recreate the entry.

  4. Before the Status change updates, have the system ask "are you sure you want to cancel this move?". You would have to Click yes to cancel it.

    A flag is available that you can set on your cancel Order Status value or values that requires someone to provide a reason why they are cancelling the order. When this flag is set, a person must select a reason in order to continue to cancel the order. They also have the option to back out of cancelling as well (by pressing Cancel). In other words, this provides a confirmation to anyone that is cancelling the order.

    To ensure that they receive this prompt, in the Admin Tool under the Administration category, open Order Status and then verify that the “Is Cancelled Status” flag is set on all records that you consider a cancelled order; having just the one “Cancelled” status having this flag set is fine, too.

  5. Be able to cut and paste out of the Note section. Thus be able to cut and paste a note to an email or to another sub section within the MS order or to paperwork that you will attach.

  7. We have many customers that want us to email them as well as their spouse or other contact. It would be nice if we were able to enter more then one in the system.

  9. Look for vendor invoice number in all of the system transactions for third party to see if it has been used before transaction can be saved. This will eliminate MSS Import errors that have to be corrected by hand in the batch in GP.

  10. The weight on SIT may be different than the weight of the shipment and so putting a weight field on the SIT Information would be useful. Also create SIT notes right from the SIT Information window.

    Making all fields available as required fields is too big of s scope for us to take on at this time. We have added the two fields you specifically mention (Salesperson and Service Type) in release 2017 r12 as well as a handful of others. Please see our release information to get all the details.

  13. Please add discounted linehaul as a field you track in order history. It seems like almost every field you can see how it was changed, except this one.

  16. I would like to be able to go into my tasks for the day and add a color to group certain tasks for the day. I could then use this to prioritize tasks (Red = High Priority; Blue = Low Priority) or categorize task (different accounts; marking tasks you want someone else to do from your workflow). I envision this working similar to the "categories" in Outlook.

  17. It would be helpful if the system would allow you to change the task due date for serveral tasks at the same time. You could select all of the tasks that you want to move to a certain day and then click the "Change Task Due Date". Then, you select the date.

  18. In Order History, we would like to see the Revenue Clerk changes. As times change and we grow the data in Movers Suite is extremely important for it to be accurate. We have required Account Profiles on every order and we have set up our default Revenue Clerk based on the Account Profile. I am still finding orders where the Revenue is not correct. The revenue clerks have tasks/reports to help them find their orders. (We want all revenue clerks to work out of Document Management, not waiting for paperwork to appear on their desk.) I need to see how…

  19. Can you please add the work ticket number to the main order information in MSCrew? Currently, in order for anyone to see the work ticket number on an order, they have to tap on the order. When dealing with multiple work tickets for the same job on the same day, it's impossible to find the service ticket you should be working on quickly. See attached image for what I mean.

  20. In the MoversSuite Email - We would like the Participating Agent's Emails to be available through the To: button. We would like to be able right click in DM and send to email and be able to choose at least 2 email contacts from the Agents tab. Right now you can only click one and only through the agents tab email button.
