As it is now we have to manually calculate the total amount of the live invoices (ones that have not been voided) in order to find out the total amount that has been invoiced including all supplemental invoices. It would be awesome if it just showed us the total dollar amount at the bottom of the amount column on the summary tab in the invocing section under where it shows what invoices have been created. It would save us a lot of time. Thank you.

    Improvements have been made to the Local Services grid in Revenue Entry. You can now see the crew assigned in the grid as well as the service date. We also added a right click option to view the workticket. This will be included in release 5.03 which goes into testing on 8/29, beta two weeks later and should be released on 9/12.

  3. As long as an item code was note attached to an invoice you were able to change the description. The function has been disabled as of the last update? Can you adjust this so we can update our descriptions again?

  4. It would be very helpful if we could see the actual load / delivery dates while we are in the Revenue Entry part of Movers Suite. As is we have to go out of Revenue Entry and into Order Information in the Move Management Part to view the move dates. Thank you.

  6. The interface would import invoices from outside systems as orders, create revenue, auto commission if needed, generate transactions and produce invoices if needed.

    The WMS Revenue Import is available at Version 2019 R23 and later (case #MOV-5149). You can create an export file from any system and build a spreadsheet that imports directly into MoversSuite. Further, it create necessary orders (or updates existing ones) and generates billing items for you. Refer to the WMS Import or WMS Revenue Import topic within a recent version of MoversSuite: http://www.ewsgroup.com/moverssuite/support/onlinehelp/2019R23/index.htm#!WordDocuments/version2019r23features.htm.

  7. With the latest update when we tab through the fields when we are entering item codes it is randomly skipping fields. We hate this.

  8. I would like to have all of the tabs in the revenue module be in the order that they are used: Order info, Billing info, Revenue import, Transactions, Summary, SIT/Recurring billing should all be on the same line. The Agents tab can be moved up.

    Mary – great idea, much more efficient for your workflow. We’ve done this and you’ll see it in the next install of 4.0.

  9. GP does not allow duplicate invoice/document numbers, but Movers Suite allows it. It's not until the import is processed that we know a duipliate exists. I'd like to suggest Movers Suite be changed to not allow duplicates at time of data entry. This would force the person entering information to fix it before generation and prevent confusion when attempting to search for these invoices.

  10. It would be great to have a refresh button. Once import is complete the AR balance can be refreshed rather then bringing the order back up or going to move order entry.

  11. when creating an invoice, we can no longer view all of the items under a revenue group. we need to be able to view them so we can pull them over to be included on suplimental invoices

  12. WHEN WE ARE ENTERING A NEW REVENUE ITEM IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SAVE AND ADD COMMISSION & SAVE AND ADD THIRD PARTY PAYABLE BUTTONS. AS IT IS SET UP NOW WE HAVE TO SAVE AND CLOSE THE ITEM THEN GO UP TO THE ADD ITEM DROP DOWN TO ADD THE COMMISSION OR PAYABLE TO THE REVENUE ITEM. THIS WOULD SAVE US TIME IF WE COULD JUST HIT ENTER ON A BUTTON AND HAVE IT POP UP SO WE CAN ADD THE COMMISSIONS AND PAYABLES. THANK YOU.

  14. We have customers that need an invoice dated in the future, i.e., the first of the subsequent month or the first of the subsequent quarter for various reasons such as budgetary concerns.
    This would also help allow accounting to start an invoice and come back to it later, and allow updating of the invoice date to the new date.
    I understand that there might need to be restrictions to current open months, or something of the sort.

  15. We need the contract field in MS to stay to a specific contract that we created specifically for our commission employees and not be overwritten every time the van line downloads. This is crucial to our billing dept.

  16. If this field was automatically generated by the program when the revenue entry clerk generates transactions it would help with the accuracy of reports. Many reports are bases on this field that must be manually entered.

    We are still hesitant to automatically set the Bill Date. But we have recently added the ability for the user to do it with a simple click after they have generated transactions. Please look at the screen shot of the dialog that comes up in Revenue after generating transactions. This is going to beta soon and will be included in our next full release

  17. order personnel from summary tab to view commission personnel to ensure all have been commissioned.

    In release 4.0 we added the personnel to the order information tab of Revenue Entry. The personnel window can be opened and left open as you navigate from tab to tab on a specific order, or from order to order while you are in Revenue Entry.

    The work on defaulting agent percentages based on shipment type has been completed and will be released in 2012. It didn’t make the cut off for our next release (4.1 which is in beta) so look for this feature in 4.2.
