BI Tool Reporting Fields
Add Service branch or assigned branch under the Business category dispatch, main category equipment actuals.
We are needing to use this feature to track our O&I equipment but need to be able to run a report based upon the branch so we need the Service Branch added

Ability to show leads downloaded from QTG into Mover Suite in the Closing Ratio report
show any lead from QTG as a section for the closing ratio report in mover suite. These do not currently show up on the interstate orders.

add a "change" section.
Add a section that lists ALL changes that were made to an order, including WHO made the change and when. Of course, this should not be able to be edited by anyone other than admin.
5 votesWhile we aren’t dong “ALL” changes, we adding field level change logging to 20 plus fields. Then as we are requested we will add additional fields to logging.

Add bookmarks for fields in the SIT/Recurring Billing tab
The current version of Mover's Suite (5.06.0.40713) is very reliable when generating custom documents in Microsoft Word using bookmarks. However, there are no bookmarks that can be used to generate reports with any of the fields in the SIT/Recurring Billing Tab. I suggest you implement bookmarks for all of these fields so that user-generated reports can be detailed with the same information you allow to be kept and managed in your software.
3 votesWe have created a new tool for creating letters which will be in beta next week. In release 2016 r11 we have added 130 bookmarks for this new tool which include the SIT information.

Would it be possible to add journal date to the view Order Information?

SIT Expiration added to BI Tool
We need the SIT Origin Expiration Date and SIT Destination Expiration Date added to the BI Tool for reporting. This will be the easiest way to run a report and track any storage authorizations that are nearing or have met their expiration date.

The expiration date associated to SIT is available through the BI Tool as SITToPermDate. Use this field in conjunction with the SITType to determine the expiration at Origin or Destination.

add bookmarks for crates in special services, valuation, and extra stops.

1 voteTwo versions of Extra Stop bookmarks are available in Forms Designer in release 2020 R15, with a final change in 2020 R25. See the Extra Stops Table listed under the Order Information and Local Services categories when designing your forms.
