O&I Equipment List
There is a button for CPU's (cartons, quantities estimated, and so forth.) That is only one part of our business. We would like a button for "Equipment List" which had things like Totes, Library Carts, 4-wheelers etc. Things we send on an O&I move. One column for what was sent, a column for "returned" and a column for "remaining on site" to help manage our equipment. Would allow for reports to show what was still on job site so we knew where to hunt things down, how much to bill for "rented" equipment and so forth.
18 votesWork is continuing in this area, with release 2016 r20 you will be able to dispatch by quantity for equipment like library carts, 4-wheelers, etc…
The next step will be changes to Enter Actuals so that you can start logging quantities returned.

In release 2016 r11 you will see new functionality that allows you to indicate equipment needs on local services. This is the first part of a phased in approach to getting O&I functionality. The functionality to track out/in will come later. -
Urgent, Urgent, Urgent------WeekHrs on Local dispatch
In local dispatch the crew list has a column for "WeekHrs". I understand that the week is set for "Sunday through Saturday". I think the date field should be updatable by each software purchaser to their particular payroll week. For example our payroll week is Thursday through Wednesday. It would be excellent to be able to see in this grid how many hours a crew member has already worked in the "payroll" week to control overtime. I understand that a report can be run, but to see it here live without having to run a report would be optimum.

Add shipper's Name to the Long Distance Dispatch Grid
The ability to have the Shipper's Name present in the Long Distance Dispatch Grid.
when talking to drivers and crew members they don't remember the reg they are on. They say Mrs. Smith ... It would ease finding shipments quickly

Please remove the date from the Job Start / Job End Columns.
There is no need for the date to present in the job start and job end time column. It creates unnecessary clutter on the schedule, and there is a date column already on the schedule.

Service Hour Overlap Adjustment
In a recent update the ability to have service employees with overlapping hours was included. Please make an adjustment so this restriction can be on a employee by employee basis or a labor type by labor type basis. We use temporary help during our peak so this restriction means we will have to add additional temp employees to our personnel just to be able to fill out service tickets. This seems counter productive when before the update we could just use the same temp employee.

Insert a "Select All/Deselect All" in Local Dispatch Grid View
Please allow a Select All / Deselect All in the Local Dispatch grid view for customized views, as there are too many selectable options in the drop down menu , if the view needs to be recreated
3 votesThis feature was added inadvertently when we upgraded the development tools. When you go to change the visible columns, at the very top of the menu are two new options: (All) and (Sorted). The (All) option is a toggle to select or unselect all columns. The (Sorted) option allows you to sort the columns in alphanumeric order.

In the Safety Information you have Physical Date and DL date, we need SAF51 regardless if it is VanLine Or Own authority.
SAF51 is required annually to get from our drivers statement of any tickets accidents etc. We need it in their handwritting annually.
3 votesWe have added the ability to log when the last motor vehicle report was rec’d and when the next is due…as well as log the last background check date and certificate number…as well as when the next is due. This will be included in the next general release of MoversSuite.

make the DAY NOTES where only one person can EDIT them at a time. can a READ ONLY prompt be initiated?
we are having multiple people add info into DAY NOTES at the same time. This is causing major issues as info is getting duplicated and some info to be erased. Is there a way that a READ ONLY prompt can come up when someone is already in the DAY NOTES so the person cannot edit the notes until that person is out and notes saved?
2 votesSeveral changes were made to the Day Note in 2017 R15 release including an option to Auto Save the note and address any conflicts that may arise between multiple users accessing the Day Note concurrently.

Make Crew Activity Inactive
Give us the option to mark a specific type of Crew Activity inactive. Trying to keep it simple for the crews punching in/out on MSCrew.

eliminate date
i suggest you get rid of the date in the "job Start/Job End" section of the dispatch module. it is a duplication as the page is already on the date needed....it just clutters up the screen

Add service Notes directly into the Local Dispatch Center grid. Allow the dispatcher for the branch to add a note that can be viewed in the grid without selecting the Notes tab or having to review the notes in Day Notes.

Local Dispatch service notes - only display for particular service
When looking at notes in the local services, it first displays the note most recently entered for the order. For O&I jobs, when many days and many services are scheduled in advance, this means the note displayed is not necessarily the one sent with the local service. Select instead the service note sent with the service request
