  1. It would be helpful if in the Admin tool under operations > equipment if the License Plate block was searchable just as equipment number is.

  2. CURRENTLY, TEXT MESSAGES SHOW THE SENDER WHICH MAY BE A BEHIND THE SCENES PERSON. ALL TEXT MESSAGES MUST SHOW MOVE COORDINATOR AS AUTHOR TO NOT CONFUSE THE CUSTOMER

  3. Please allow a Select All / Deselect All in the Local Dispatch grid view for customized views, as there are too many selectable options in the drop down menu , if the view needs to be recreated

    This feature was added inadvertently when we upgraded the development tools. When you go to change the visible columns, at the very top of the menu are two new options: (All) and (Sorted). The (All) option is a toggle to select or unselect all columns. The (Sorted) option allows you to sort the columns in alphanumeric order.

  4. Please add for more characters in note section under operations-equipment-general tab. You have a big note section, which can probably hold 1000 characters, yet you are limited to 60. Please Add more...!!!!!

  8. It would be nice to be able to search by a persons phone number. That way when they call we can quickly pull up their information by asking for their phone number they used.

  9. Right now you have to enter services for non sequential dates one at a time which is tedious and inefficient if there is a dispatch note that needs to be added to each one.

  10. When listing an extra stop address under the extra stop information, it would be helpful to have it print on the work ticket like it used to do. Now it will only print if the address is attached with a local service, even if it's listed in the extra stop tab. We have to remember to attach the address to any service that includes that address.

    After careful consideration and review of input from a variety of people wishing to add this feature back and others wishing not, we decided to focus on building into our Forms Designer (formerly Letter Management) the ability to create your own Work Ticket forms. With these forms, you have the option to display Extra Stops at the order-level only and/or display all stops explicitly set on the service.

  11. we are having multiple people add info into DAY NOTES at the same time. This is causing major issues as info is getting duplicated and some info to be erased. Is there a way that a READ ONLY prompt can come up when someone is already in the DAY NOTES so the person cannot edit the notes until that person is out and notes saved?

    Several changes were made to the Day Note in 2017 R15 release including an option to Auto Save the note and address any conflicts that may arise between multiple users accessing the Day Note concurrently.

    Code of Service is available as a Letter Management bookmark. It is documented under the Military group when inserting bookmarks. This field has been available for quite some time.

    We also recently added SSN to display a obfuscated SSN that includes only the last four digits of the SSN. This change was completed back in 2016.

  13. Many customers prefer to only receive texts instead of calls and be able to reply to them. A way to text from Moverssuite and have responses saved back to Moverssuite. Also to build on that. automated texts about crew arrival times or follow up survey questions that saves and tracks replies.

  14. HELP!
    In M.S. regarding the JOB START time and JOB END time…
    Can you have the programmers make it so these times can be cleared/removed if needed?

    Currently if you were to enter JOB START: 8:00am and JOB END 10:00, it will not let you remove the time, if it goes temporarily “pending”... WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! MS will only allow you to change the time, but not clear it out.

    Hello, you can remove job start and end times, by highlighting the time and hitting DELETE, the control will change to 12:00AM and when you tab out of the field, it will blank out the time. If you have problems, please contact our support and they can walk you through the process.

  15. When working within an order, enable duplicating a local service similar to how we can duplicate an order, minus duplicating the service date of course. It would be great if it provided options by allowing the user to check off each category they wish to include when they duplicate it (requested time range, CPUs, equipment, labor, origin & destination addresses, extra stops, hours drive one way, crew, hrs/man).

    OR allow users to select non-consecutive dates when creating a service so that many of the same service can be entered at one shot for all dates needed.

Currently, if you adjust a task due date for a task that has another task that is dependent upon its completion, then the dependent task will not automatically assign once you complete the original task. This needs to be fixed. It completely defeats the purpose of the efficiency & convenience of allowing users to set up tasks dependent on the completion of another.

    A flag is available that you can set on your cancel Order Status value or values that requires someone to provide a reason why they are cancelling the order. When this flag is set, a person must select a reason in order to continue to cancel the order. They also have the option to back out of cancelling as well (by pressing Cancel). In other words, this provides a confirmation to anyone that is cancelling the order.

    To ensure that they receive this prompt, in the Admin Tool under the Administration category, open Order Status and then verify that the “Is Cancelled Status” flag is set on all records that you consider a cancelled order; having just the one “Cancelled” status having this flag set is fine, too.

    You can modify the list of reasons that a person can select from when they are cancelling the order as well. This…

  19. There is no need for the date to present in the job start and job end time column. It creates unnecessary clutter on the schedule, and there is a date column already on the schedule.

  20. i suggest you get rid of the date in the "job Start/Job End" section of the dispatch module. it is a duplication as the page is already on the date needed....it just clutters up the screen
