It would be helpful if we could pull the Purchase Order Number and bookmark this in our letters for reference to any account or company that provides us with a Purchase Order Number

Have changes to estimated linehaul write to the history file
Since driver advance limits are tied to the estimated linehaul, advance amounts can be manipulated simply by increasing the estimated linehaul.

Military Bookmarks
Please add bookmark for "code of service"
14 votesCode of Service is available as a Letter Management bookmark. It is documented under the Military group when inserting bookmarks. This field has been available for quite some time.
We also recently added SSN to display a obfuscated SSN that includes only the last four digits of the SSN. This change was completed back in 2016.

Allow extra stop address to appear on work ticket without attaching it to a local service
When listing an extra stop address under the extra stop information, it would be helpful to have it print on the work ticket like it used to do. Now it will only print if the address is attached with a local service, even if it's listed in the extra stop tab. We have to remember to attach the address to any service that includes that address.
45 votesAfter careful consideration and review of input from a variety of people wishing to add this feature back and others wishing not, we decided to focus on building into our Forms Designer (formerly Letter Management) the ability to create your own Work Ticket forms. With these forms, you have the option to display Extra Stops at the order-level only and/or display all stops explicitly set on the service.

Right now you can only click one and only through the agents tab email button.

Service Hour Overlap Adjustment
In a recent update the ability to have service employees with overlapping hours was included. Please make an adjustment so this restriction can be on a employee by employee basis or a labor type by labor type basis. We use temporary help during our peak so this restriction means we will have to add additional temp employees to our personnel just to be able to fill out service tickets. This seems counter productive when before the update we could just use the same temp employee.

Revenue line items - ability to edit description after generated.
I am unable to edit a revenue line item description after it was generated. I did attach a 3rd party, but I did not include the item on an invoice.

I would like to see the EE fields become an option under the required fields setup
I would like to see the EE fields become an option under the required fields setup to help with the tasks use. If the users are not entered early on then things get missed. Ex. Sales, both coordinators, and revenue entry.
1 voteYou can specify the following when establishing Field Requirements (i.e. Required Fields) in MoversSuite: Logistics Coordinator, Revenue Clerk, Salesperson, and Transportation Coordinator. Each of these is validated when defined. Please let us know if there are any additional employees you want included in the Field Requirements.

The response for "self-haul authorized" does not reference the Customer's name or Estimate Number.....
