Contract field
We need the contract field in MS to stay to a specific contract that we created specifically for our commission employees and not be overwritten every time the van line downloads. This is crucial to our billing dept.

stop the automatic check mark in the 1099 box on payables transactions on Van Line statement
When you select "charge matching vendors" on the Van Line import screen, a check mark is automatically placed in the vendor's 1099 box in payment management. Please provide the option for a company to turn off this feature and do not have the 1099 box automatically check marked

If you enter in a wrong date too many services will populate. Would be nice if you could delete them all at once.

Account Profile - Capture moving to/from addresses in the account profile.
Sometimes we have customers who are always moving things from or to the same place. Setting the addresses in the account profiles would help in setting up these orders.

Note on the move information screen the person who booked the move
It would be helpful on the Move Information tab to list the user who booked the move. This could be listed with the date and time booked.

Please add "Date" bookmark for "Actual Delivery Date"
Please add "Date" bookmark for "Actual Delivery Date". This would be very helpful in our Claims and correspondence letters to our customers. Currently only the original "planned" delivery date is available. The "actual" delivery date is required for all post delivery correspondence. Thank you for your consideration.

allow up to upload multiple pictures at one time instead of having to upload each picture individually.
we are taking pictures of damage on shipment and also international shipments. we currently can only upload one pic at a time and need to be able to do multiple as this is a time consuming process.
1 voteWith release 5.03 (scheduled for release on 9/29) we have modified the attachment so you can add multiple items at one time and apply the same details (document type, etc..) to each of the items.

Claims Bookmarks
Have one "bookmark" for "ClaimAdjuster" in the data record, instead of a "ClaimAdjuster(1)(2)(3). The Claim Adjuster's name is part of the individual claim record, we just want to be able to simplyfy the number of forms to create. This would allow one form for each purpose, not 3 or 4.

Task Completion
Small issue...just anoying. Since the update everytime you check off a task it sends your cursor all the way to the bottom of the list causing you to have to scroll back up each time, causing waited time. Just thought you could let them know for their next upgrade they could fix it to be like it use to be. It use to stay in the same position after completing a task.

creating an undo button on task
On main task flow list it would be nice to have an undo button, incase you hit not applicable for the wrong customer it can be recooperated

Tasks: Add the name of the person who created the task in case there are questions that must be answered before the task can be completed.
Tasks are being created but with no notes to indicate why that task was necessary. without additional information, sometimes the task cannot be completed. If we include the name of the person who created the task, we can be more efficient in our problem resolution.
