Move the order personnel to the summary tab
order personnel from summary tab to view commission personnel to ensure all have been commissioned.
1 voteIn release 4.0 we added the personnel to the order information tab of Revenue Entry. The personnel window can be opened and left open as you navigate from tab to tab on a specific order, or from order to order while you are in Revenue Entry.

Default view in Module: Open Claims Only
When you enter the Claims Module at the start of your day, we should only see open claims for you vs. every claim you have ever worked.

Local Dispatch service notes - only display for particular service
When looking at notes in the local services, it first displays the note most recently entered for the order. For O&I jobs, when many days and many services are scheduled in advance, this means the note displayed is not necessarily the one sent with the local service. Select instead the service note sent with the service request

The work on defaulting agent percentages based on shipment type has been completed and will be released in 2012. It didn’t make the cut off for our next release (4.1 which is in beta) so look for this feature in 4.2.

Commission Type of miles
When setting up a commission plan give the ability to use miles in the Commission Type to be able to pay 3rd Proviso drivers which is becoming more popular.

You can group and move item inv items from the left to the right you need to be able to do the same from right to left.

Collections Report
It would be a nice feature in the Mover's Suite AR Collection report to sort by the Age or the Amount fields. The Excel downloads are not user friendly.

Add Branch to Dynamics GP Order Inquiry
I would like to request an enhancement to the Dynamics GP Order Inquiry screen. It would be very helpful to me if there were a column for the branch each transaction applied to.

Use Windows User ID (No more password prompt)
I would like for Mover's Suite to use the current windows session user id to log in. Since not everyone uses Active Directory a simple column, WinUserID, in the sysuser table could trigger MS to either prompt for a username or use the currenlty logged in username to get the default profiles from MS database. Then users would not have to enter their passwords every time they start Mover's Suite.

Add the ability to define quick quote templates that include standard items.
It would be nice to be able to select a quote template that would automatically setup standard items on a quote. Items based on rates in rate plans could automatically calculate. This would speed up the creation of quotes.
