Payment Management: Allow payments to be posted to interest charges created in GP

With the coming updates to Payment Management. 5.04 …you can now apply to an AR document that did nor originate in MoversSuite.

We run the interest report through GP. When the payment comes in paying the interest in Payment Management we can see the interest, but we are unable to post the payment to the interest.
