Need the ability to attach multiple documents to an order at once (similar to MS Outlook). Whether it's drag and drop or multi-select. Attach multiple docs under a single category, doc names should just assume the name of the file name.

When in mobile crew time in local dispatch it would be helpful to have all the crew listed and not just the crew that have punches. This way if you have a guy in the warehouse that forgot to punch in it would be easier for the dispatcher to catch and correct.

Send to Email - Order & PO Number, and Shipper Name should be in the email subject
In Document Management when you right click and choose "Send to Email", I would like the email subject to include the Order Number, PO Number, and Shipper Name.

Print multiple work tickets at a time. we used to be able to but now can not
2017 r18 you guys updated us so we can print multiple work tickets. That functionality has gone away. we would like it back....PLEASE

Add ACUAL LOAD DATE column in long distance disp grid
would like to see the ACTUAL load date column on the long dist dispatch screen. Very important info. You have a preferred and assign on...but no actual.

Revenue Group Sort order
Give us the ability to sort the Revenue Groups in the drop down list, either alpha/numeric or even better yet, give us the ability to set the order it shows in the drop down list.

Account Profile - Display field be increased in size
Our Account Profiles have longer descriptions than what we are able to see. There is nothing to the right of the Account Profile in the Order Information or Revenue Entry Modules. Would you please increase this to match the size of the field so we can see the whole description?

RMCs, RMC locations and Account locations as separate data entities
Today the MoversSuite data model doesn't support RMCs and their locations. This forces our group to put RMC data into Accounts making later selection and downstream reporting very difficult. Instead we have to use multiple User Defined labels to separate them out. This causes customer service reps to frequently select the wrong one which could apply a number of other rules to or effects to the order. If the model was changed to incorporate RMCs as well as RMC locations and Account locations this would enable us to better ensure we didn't apply incorrect business logic in MoversSuite.

Special Instructions Archiving
Can you implement archiving of an order's special instructions, both Origin and Destination, so that if a user add an account profile to an order later and the original instructions are overwritten, the user will still be able to access the original instructions and change them if they need to?

Make the Mobile Crew Time grid more user friendly
Add column for Shipper Name.
Set Activity Date fields to work like Local Dispatch Grid. If I set the last date to a date in the past, it should default to just that date, not say The End Date must be before or after the Start Date.
Set the Default Branch (like Local Dispatch Grid) so you don't have to choose it every time.
Add a REFRESH button (like Local Dispatch Grid)
Ability to select ALL crew on the same job to edit and approve in one action, rather than approving one at a time.2 votes -
In MSCrew, allow crew lead to see current punch in status of crew members
For example, on the Job Summary, you could show crew that have punched in and are currently working on this job. This would give an instant status of crew to crew lead on a large office move where he is managing a large crew spread out over several buildings.

Custom Workticket Issues
While I love the ability to create a custom work ticket based on our specific needs, the crew table is not functional in that while it allows space for the crew to handwrite in their arrival, breaks, departure, etc. It does not include a column for total hours. This needs to be available for the crew tables in both order information and O&I.
Secondly, the printing of a custom work ticket requires that the user select whether to open as a document or email. This is not necessary and should only open as a document thus eliminating a step which…

Revenue Transaction Errors Report
On the Revenue Transaction Errors Report, we would like to see the expense GL Account that needs to be set up. Currently the report just shows FirstCommGLNumber is not Dynamics GP. Unable to generate FirstCommGLNumber.
