Worker Security Level
Right now a "worker" can only enter an item number and description and save. They cannot add photos, they cannot select the rating type which means that the warehouse worker is simply entering raw data. If you could at the very least add the ability to add the photo, that would be great.

Override Weight
When setting up items for a customer wherein they are being billed by the weight, we invoice off of the shipping weight. We need to be able to override the weight when receiving or add total weight on the receiving report. For example, if I am shipped in 12 chairs and 10 tables, the way the system works right now, I have to put in an individual weight for each item which means warehouse staff have to do math to back into the total weight that was received in which is not a reasonable expectation.

Generating Invoices
It would be nice if we could generate invoices by warehouse location. Those of us with access to all of our warehouse in MSWhse, can only generate all locations. We cannot just specify a single location

Preview invoices
It would be great to be able to preview invoices for a period before we attempt to run them in order to ensure that all possible billing was included. I know we can look at them individually before finalizing but when each biller is looking for only their own customers, it would be much easier if we could do this by customer and/or location

Locations Available on Receiving Reports
It is important for us and our customers to have visibility of our bin locations when receiving product. Having these be printed within the receiving report and transaction reports would be very beneficial.

Crew Hours Recording
Crew hours should be able to be recorded without having to assign it as a base rate. Ideally there would be a section in the "details" for the crew to input hours. This could then be viewed on the transaction

RR Numbers on Outbound Tickets
There should be an enhancement made to have receiving report numbers appear on the delivery and pull tickets. The RR number is captured on the inbound side, but you can not use that when performing an outbound. This would be great help to our warehouse crews who occasionally pull product by this number specifically.

Client Side Inbound/Outbound Request Notifcations
We have certain customers that would like to be notified when a inbound/outbound request is sent. Right now there is no way to automate this process unless they are set up with a non-client account, which is not ideal.

Pallet Number on Transaction Report
The transaction report should include the pallet numbers within the exported excel. This will make it much easier to sort and see if multiple items are on a pallet.

Serial Number Search
The ability to search by serial number when doing an outbound would be a great addition. Right now the only way to do this is by searching for the item number first, and then sorting through manually to find the correct serial. This should be simplified by a search function.

Yardage Unit of Measure
The ability to track yardage would be a great addition. Often times this is how we receive in carpet for hospitality projects and would like to be able to track as it comes in and out.

Display Manufacturer on Receiving Report
The generated receiving report should also include the manufacturer next to each line item. This will avoid the need to manually enter the vendor for each transaction, which can often be forgotten about.

Ability to Switch Customers During an Existing Inbound
It would be great if we could have the ability to switch customers after saving an inbound, before completion. Often times we have multiple projects with similar names, it becomes cumbersome having to create an entirely new inbound if the customer was incorrectly selected.

Add Cubic Feet as Column Option - Reports
REPORTS - The weight shows as a default column, which is seldom used by our company and shows a blank row as it is not likely used. It would be hugely helpful to have the cubic feet shown, or at least to select as an option to list in a column instead of weight.

CFW Photo Viewer Enhancement
Their should be an easier way for customers to view uploaded images to inventory. As of now they have to be given permission to update item numbers and then from their view the image. This should be more streamlined for the customer. A simple "gallery" would make this feature a much better experience.

Receiving Report Numbers Displayed on Outbound Ticket
Outbound tickets, both delivery and pull should include receiving report numbers next to the product being requested. This piece of information is imperative for our hospitality business.

Make "Associated Warehouse" a Required Field
With multiple warehouses, it can become an issue if a warehouse does not get assigned in the customer profile. This should be a required filed. It can easily get looked over especially with it being down at the bottom of the initial customer set up.

Editing Receiving Reports After Completion
We need the ability to edit certain fields in a receiving report after completion. If an inbound is closed out and we later need to adjust the quantity, there is currently no way to present this to a customer via RR's.

Item Name Appearing on Receiving Reports
We would really like the item name to be presented on the receiving reports. Often time, this is key information that is not currently represented on the RR's.

Square Footage Display on Receiving Reports
Right now only the weight is displayed on the receiving reports, however not all of our projects are weight based. It would be great if we could display the Sq. Ft. per item on the receiving reports if the customer is set up as so.
