Warehouse Full View
I'm looking for a way to view everything in the warehouse? Not just look at an individual customer or location but everything.
Use case, I want to see everything in MSWhse so I can then do a physical reconciliation. Currently the only way to do this is to go through every customer and then export that to excel and then compile the information.

Warehouse Activity Report
A report to assist with labor management and quality control - shows the movement of pallets and vaults, timestamped and the user who performed the activity. Essentially a log of users activities to quickly audit the days work, understand volume of activity, evaluate productivity and have a record of who did what - highly useful info for management.

Search by Item Name & Item Description in every customer list
When the warehouse receives an unmarked item, we would like the ability to search EVERY ACTIVE CUSTOMER by Item Description and Item Name in the Expected Quantity Report or some other report. This would give us clues to help identify the correct project for unmarked items. Currently the only way to do this is to access every customer individually.

Different Transaction Email for Damaged Items
We need a way to make the receipt of damaged items more obvious to our customers and coordinators. When we mark the status "Damaged" it could trigger different wording or formatting in the Transaction email subject and body. Then we could also create an Outlook rule to call it out for a different flow.
For example, add this paragraph in red.
Item(s) have arrived at our warehouse in a damaged condition. Please contact your coordinator within one business day to review your options.10 votes -

Client Access Enhancements for MSWhse - Inventory and Photo Viewing Features

When a client accesses the Customer Facing Web page of MSWhse, the following changes need to be implemented:
Under the "Item Numbers" section, clients should be able to view and save full-size photos of their inventory, without granting them full access to edit the items.
Clients should also have the ability to view their entire inventory history, with the option to filter between items currently in the warehouse and those that are out of the warehouse. This filtering option should be available under the "Item Numbers" section, rather than forcing the client to run a separate inventory report.…

Create new view in Transactions: Next 7 Days
A view of the next 7 days would be very useful. Using "This Week" is helpful to see the future on Monday, but not so much on Friday. We need to see upcoming Outbounds so we can begin the pulls.

Historical Reporting on Specific Locations/Vaults
Right now there is no way to run a report that shows all items/customers that have moved through a specific location or vaults. This is extremely helpful when auditing a warehouse and finding items that shouldn't be there or tracing unmarked items left in a location.

Customer List
I require the ability to pull a list of ALL customers that includes the following:
- Customer Name
- Invoice/PO Number
- Current Storage Quantities and Types
- Rates – including the custom rates by current storage quantities and types
- Bill Customer Setting (Yes or No)
- Location of their storage (warehouse code)

Improvement Request for Warehouse Receiving Report (WRR)
Dear EWS Team,
The Warehouse Receiving Report (WRR) should include all relevant photographs—such as those of Shipping Docs, inventory, overages, underages, and damages—directly within the PDF document. Currently, asking clients or partners to download the WRR PDF and separately click on email links to access and save the photos is cumbersome and not user-friendly.
For ease of use and improved efficiency, all pertinent information, including the photos, should be included in a single, multi-page PDF document. I have observed a similar approach with a competing WMS platform, and I believe implementing this change will lead to better organization and reduce…

Rate Plans
Right now we are tied to using the base rates per location and adding additional charges for custom rates per account. For those of us with multiple commercial national accounts, it would be beneficial to be able to select a rate plan as we can in MoversSuite for the multiple projects we have ongoing instead of having to tediously add these custom rates every time we add a new project.
At the very least, if you could add a "copy customer" function so that we can copy the rates, details, etc from an existing project that already contains this information…

Outbound by Inbound Transaction Number
The idea is to have the ability for a user to add all items from an inbound transaction to an outbound transaction.
Use case is that a shipment of nine item numbers was received on five pallet, however the warehouse is instructed to NOT open and inspect which items are on which pallets. The "inventory" is based on the principle of "said to contain". Inbound transaction performed and completed. When customer request those items / receipt out, give the ability for the user to have all items from a specific inbound transaction added to the outbound.

Delivery Tickets
When printing delivery tickets even though the delivery date in the outbound shows a specific date, it prints with today's current date. This needs to match the date we specify that it is being delivered.

Move *minimum amount applied on the invoice to right below the total
The *minimum amount applied appears all the way at the end of the page on the remittance. It should be moved up to the middle of the page.
