Different Transaction Email for Damaged Items
We need a way to make the receipt of damaged items more obvious to our customers and coordinators. When we mark the status "Damaged" it could trigger different wording or formatting in the Transaction email subject and body. Then we could also create an Outlook rule to call it out for a different flow.
For example, add this paragraph in red.
Item(s) have arrived at our warehouse in a damaged condition. Please contact your coordinator within one business day to review your options.
