This issue has been on our radar for quite some time. It’s in our development queue under case MOV-5604. In addition to marking a Material Type as “Inactive” we want to allow you to change records en masse.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jayn Swartz commentedIin Long Distance Dispatch, when the user right clicks on an order, give an option to go directly to the ADD advance screen and have it be based on that order. Saves a couple of clicks. (The right click option could say Add Advance Based On This Order.)
