Tasks
Font Color - Would like to see this as a darker color, currently it is a light grey and it is hard to read
Customizable - Would like to see the option to hide columns and rearrange order of columns.

Special Instructions
When entering special instructions in order information, we should have the ability to use the Enter Key. Currently if you press enter, it accepts the changes and closes the window.
Also, in Service Instructions for Local Services - it would nice to have the feature to import/insert notes from the Special Instruction windows. (like the desktop version where you right click for insert options)
Lastly, in Extra Stops, it would be a nice feature if we could add a note or special instruction specific to that stop.

Tasks
The task module should default to displaying all past-due and current tasks. Users can then use filtering and sorting options as needed.
Also, the “Complete Task” option should be visible and easily accessible, rather than hidden in the ellipsis menu. A simple checkbox would improve usability.1 vote -

When using notes or documents the option to sort/filter by type would be helpful.

Order Registration
When you register a new order, it would be helpful to have a customizable order registration prompt. Currently, the process guides users through order, move, and required fields, but since workflows vary by company, an admin setting to tailor this prompt would add value. Ideally, the system could also support different prompts based on the type of move.

Notes
When adding notes, notes should keep the original format from where it was copied. (i.e. Emails)
Currently when you copy paste an email, it removes all formatting and its just a continuous line of text. This is hard to read, especially if you copy the full email with To and CC email addresses.1 vote
