automatically upload emails/attachments to notes if an order is in the subject line
If an email is sent and contains an order number in the email, then it would automatically be uploaded into the notes for that order number. This is common with salesforce applications and another mover software that we looked at. This would dramatically cut down on the amount of time needed to input orders and all information would be archived for an order for all users to see. Able to create a file folder in document management that is password potected or has a higher level of user security
Create a file folder in document management that is password protected or has a higher level of user security. This would allow us to have customer's personal information stored in a secure file that is not available to all system users. Federal and state laws mandate that personal information is kept in a secured position. Penalties and fines are very high. We have checks, credit card, passport and other information that is gathered and maintained. A secured file within the order would be a welcomed location.

Automatically populate state and city when entering zip code
When entering the origin and destination Zip Code, can we have the city and state pre populate like it does on Techmate? It would make it easier to focus on the customers needs instead of having to open other windows to find out where they are coming from and going to.

Automatically add a note when a document is added to Document Management
When a new document is attached to Document Management it would be nice if the system created a note stating what document was added. If there are multiple documents added they would all be under the same subject of "Document Management" so that notes does not get cluttered.

3 votesThis is request is currently in the pipeline. Reference case MOV-6154 for any inquires on this improvement. Of note, we plan to add the following bookmarks:
Labor Requests Total (just displays a numeric count of all requests)
Labor Request Table (listing similar to what we show on the Local Service Quick View, i.e. Loader (1), Mover (2), etc. each separated by a line break.And then two similar ones for equipment.

Offer a way to get an electronic signature from customers on document.
Like through RightSignature or Docusign. Would be especially helpful for locals that don't go through the van line eAcceptance process.

Send to Email - Order & PO Number, and Shipper Name should be in the email subject
In Document Management when you right click and choose "Send to Email", I would like the email subject to include the Order Number, PO Number, and Shipper Name.

Dates - Preventative Control
We would like to see a control in place to prevent clerks from incorrect keying in wrong dates which may be too far in the future or past to be a realistic date. For example, the system will allow a clerk to type in 03/30/2106 instead of 03/30/2016. Perhaps each company can set their own thresholds.

MS Crew Signatures
Hi,
Would it be possible for any docs that are available in MS Crew to auto detect any signature or text / checkbox fields and make them clickable?
That would make it easier for the crew to sign and fill out paperwork instead of having to zoom in to where they need to place each check mark and signature.

Update save/email setting on documents adding text/signature
When entering text/signatures on a document, after every little addition you are asked to email and save. Is there a way to have it only ask once after making all additions?

Make document available for MS Crew based on document type.
It would be great if we could make certain document types available for MS Crew by default. I would envision another check box on the Document Type setup in the admin tool for this.
This would allow us to make estimates, cube sheets, premove documents, etc. available to MS Crew without needing to remember to manually make it available each time. As soon as the document was uploaded, it would automatically be set to "Available in MS Crew."

Bug fix the “add signature/notation” screen.
I’ve found a few bugs while trying to add signatures and notations to documents.
The app will delete what Signatures and notations without the clear button being pressed. I’ve even double checked my hands were away from the button. It happens often and I have to write the same thing 2-3 times just to get it to onto the page. A customer had to sign her name 5 times for one signature because it kept deleting.
While it seems to do fine with numbers, words and lines get distorted and expanded into nearly unrecognizable gibberish. I’ve tried to draw a…

In Revenue Entry, in the Commissionable Employees list, ability to view personnel documents
In the Revenue Entry Module, on the Order Information tab, the commissionable employees are listed. I would like the ability to view the documents that I am authorized to view that are attached to the personnel record. Each driver has a contract that they have signed. In that contract we have a commission "cheat sheet". Revenue clerks should be able to view that document within the revenue entry module without opening up another module or "admin tool". Open up Type of move to be book marked and allow users to modify/add to the existing work ticket to customize with verbiage that best fits their needs.

Autocreating Forms and Storing within Document Management
With the growing amount of companies getting more and more digital. Hilldrup would like to know if MS will begin researching companies to partner with us to enhance the paperwork side of the system. Currently, we are printing out reports (via order number) and placing a form into a dot matrix printer and making paperwork. This isn't cost efficient nor is it green like a transportation company strives to be. In addition, nor does the paperwork even look professional.
