In release 2019 R13, we offer the ability to copy the entire contents of a message (incoming and outgoing) and paste it into a document, new message, or a note. The copy includes when it was sent and by whom.
This functionality aside, the information contained within Text Messaging will always be available to retrieve at any time that is needed (we plan on making it easier to locate a message chain in the future). Is there any particular reason that the text information must be saved as a note as well? We do like the idea of saving the chain (or conversation) to PDF and attaching to Document Management.

There is a Local Services Quick View available through the right-click menu that provides a constant list of the full crew.
Also, if you hover over the Crew cell in the grid, it also displays the full list.
Let me know if this is not enough. If not, then we can look in to adding right-click option to expand/collapse the service details.
