allow voiding notes when entered on wrong order
We need to be able to change a status or void a note when it's entered on the wrong order.

I feel only a few select admin users should have this ability so it is not misused. We would not want users deleting the wrong notes. I would suggest the ability to cross out a note (like a Microsoft Word correction tool) but still leaving it on the order in a grayed out view.

I think this is a great suggestion. I wonder if having a permission for this feature or capturing this in the order history somehow would be beneficial. We wouldn't want individuals removing notes that should be in the order.

I agree with this 100% We can't be perfect all the time and mistakes WILL happen. It would be nice if we could correct these notes instead of having to leave them in there and confusing other people that need to answer our customer's questions.
