  1. We would like to send our driver commission statements all at one time to each individual contractor. Our billing team is currently emailing each one individually each week and it is taking hours of time. Since the driver email is in the commission statement it seems to me this should be something that can be done easily.

  2. On the Orders Not Billed report - I would like to be able to Group By the revenue clerk listed on the order. Most of the time people forget to put the billed date in and this would help get that information to the right person without looking up the order.

  4. The long distance dispatch is a great tool for transit reports, but it also helps us with quarterly reporting to our clients.

    Since long distance dispatch pulls data from different fields found in order information, I would like to see the lead type added to the long distance dispatch.

    Why? Lead source helps us specifically identify what client we are working with. This is particularly important when we work with accounts that send us more than one client. For example, if my national account sends us 15 clients and wants reports on each, having the lead source added to the…

  6. We pay different commissions depending on where the service is located. It would be nice for an auditing position to be able to see the Origin and Destination or an order on the commissions statement so we know if the commission is correct without pulling up the order.

  7. On the Revenue Transaction Errors Report, we would like to see the expense GL Account that needs to be set up. Currently the report just shows FirstCommGLNumber is not Dynamics GP. Unable to generate FirstCommGLNumber.

  8. With the increased concern of data safety and security we are receiving requests from customers for data access logs. We would need to know and be able to report on who is accessing what information at what time for particular accounts. Detailing access and any changes being made.

  10. GP order inquiry-Add order number
    The GP Order Inquiry report previously had the document number which included the order number /sequential number. It could be used to see if documents were applied across order numbers. With the doc number no longer including the order number there isn't a standard report to see if items were applied across AR order numbers

  12. The work ticket variance report doesn't show the shipper name. When looking for the file to post revenue it would be helpful to have the shipper name included

  13. Currently the weight field on these reports lists the original amount entered. If the field is updated, it does not change what is displayed on the report. I suggest the updated amount be reported rather than the original amount.

  14. Is there a way to allow all Data Sources to be available to allow one to create a report that captures data from multiple business categories and main sub-category? I have to create reports to track sales, revenue and claims and with the category breakdowns that are listed now I am only able to capture some of the data for my reports.

  15. When running IDLE report, show under the person who created the service based on their log-in vs showing under the order coordinator.

    This will allow when there's an idle service to advise the person who created the service instead of the coordinator who may or may not be aware of the service.

    I've added the email communication explaining from the case I submitted.

  16. In the BI tool when I have a report that is grouped and sorted and I run the report it will give me all the data all expanded. I would like there to be a way to run the report and get all the date collapsed. So I can pick and choose what to expand.

  18. Allow Driver reports and Sales reports the option to reopen the month. Currently there is no tracking on who finalized a month and its a pain Operationally when this happens. Anyone can click on finalize.

  19. We should be able to relate multiple orders to 1 job. Say I have a move job (C#) where we are bringing items back to our storage (SC#) and items that will be shipped via vanline (M#) to another state, all three jobs will need their own order numbers. I would like to be able to relate both the M# and the SC# to my original C# job.
