  1. After generating transactions in the claims module setup a procedure to reverse the entries if needed like in revenue entry.

  2. Right now we have to record a chargeback dollar amount that posts through the general ledger in order for a date to be associated with claims liabilities. We have situations where we want to update the liability amount but don't always have a change that hits the general ledger (our liability changes with the van line once we win a rebuttal, etc.). It's very difficult without dates attached to each line item to validate data against the van line.

  4. If you are in the middle of working a claim and another customer calls, you sometimes have to go to another claim. Provide an easy way for me to get back to the claim I was just working.

  6. Liability and/or Chargeback information by Van Operator or Packer. This can be
    pulled from a Vendor number in Order Personnel. It would be beneficial to be
    able to query all the claims assessed to a particular Vendor number during a
    specific time period, as well as being able to query damage type also.

  8. In the Claims Module is there a way to add a field where we can report the Claim Amount Settled? We have a field for Amount Claimed but not one for Amount Settled. Would be handy to have this field so if Claim reports are ever created we have both values to report.

  9. When assessing liability, it would be very useful to have the crew leader isolated in bold. It would be useful to have that person highlighted through the entire order.

  10. Currently, the National Account in the Claims Module is based on the company name documented in the Billing Information tab of the Order Information Screen. The company that is billed is often times not the National Account and then the billing tab may be set up many different ways, so if the national account name is the one typed in on billing tab, it may be typed in differently (capital letters, all small case, the word "THE" in front of the national account name) for every invoice. Then, when pulling a national account report, every different variation for that account…

  11. You should be able to filter the status options for the claim by alphabetical order, not by creation date. The way it is now makes it hard to navigate should you have a bunch of options.

  12. I have old status's that I am trying to change, and the viewing window does not allow me to press control and select all so that I can change the status of the claims all at once. In order to delete an old status option, it cannot be in use.. so to have to individually go through thousand of claims is not really an option. I also do not want to just change the one in use either, as it does not pertain to every claim I am selecting.

  13. I would like to be able to add in other email address options that are available for selection when right clicking and sending an email in the claims module other than email 1 & 2. I would like to be able to have the drivers email, the agents email, etc. so that we can utilize sending information through the claims module in lieu of Outlook.

  14. Right now we have to toggle between the liabilities/chargeback section of the claim module in order to see who might be liable for the claim. I would like to have another tab added to the claim item status area that would reflect the driver/branch/agent that we have preliminarily assessed liability to for each item.

    To piggyback on this - the bookmarks should allow all of the claim status tabs to be pulled from MS. I would like to see the claim item status, etc. when generating a report.

  15. Create data boxes so that we can document the repair firms name, date assigned to the order, and the date we receive the inspection report.

    We should be able to generate tasks that are dependent on the dates input into those fields.

  17. Currently there are only 2 columns that create a running total of all claims dollar amounts. Settlement Amounts and Claimed Amounts. Both of these column create inconsistent and incorrect claim amounts to create reports from. Settlement amount are created only when a payment request is made through the settlement tab. Not all claims are settled by forwarding a payment. For example, Military claims are often offset by a chargeback against the funds owed to the account. In this case, a negative receivable is created (to balance a chargeback) versus a payment request made through the settlements tab. The 'Claimed Amount'…

  18. The Drop Down Find Box in the Claims Module is not functioning. This same drop down box works well in the Order Information and provides all orders the user has accessed that day. However, there is no information accruing in the Claims Module. Without the function of the drop down box, the USE SEARCH CRITERIA FROM THE PREVIOUS FIND is also not helpful. Could you please correct this in the next update?

  19. It would be helpful to see a history of claim status changes with dates and who made the changes. As an item maybe moved from Inspection to In-Progress to Repair Pending to Repaired, each step could be logged so you could track the time it took to handle individual claim items.

  20. We can pull multiple items over on the Liability and Chargebacks tab, but the Receivables tab requires each line item to be set up individually. On a very large claim, this is a huge time expense to build the Receivable for an invoice and then, if there is an error, it is difficult to find the error. We would like to be able to pull all items at once to a single customer number. This will save a great deal of time and help to eliminate the possibility of error.
