  1. I see that you have added Save and Add Group to the Item Group screen but adding it to the Revenue item screen would be a lot more helpful that way we do not need to exit the item screen to go into a new group the flow would be a lot better.

  2. after i've entered the branch and tab, it takes me down to the customer. why didn't it tab over to the division since it is a required entry?

  4. Example: packing has different item codes so it would be nice to have a total by revenue group to get the total so you don't have to manual calculate the total

  5. If looking at the Transactions tab on an order, stay at Transactions tab on next order. I need to look at the transactions of multiple orders. I use the drop box, type my order number and hit Enter to get to the next order. But then I have to click onto the Transactions tab again. Staying on the same tab from order to order would help.

  7. this feature is wasting time for our locations. I'm sure this is a valuable feature for some of your clients however we now have to enter the customer, then click the drop down. if you don't click on the exact line the customer disappears and you have to re enter it. very annoying and for us is not a valuable feature. Please remove this feature for our locations.

  8. When an order is marked as COMPLETED, but new services are added after that, the order status should change to BOOKED. Or do not allow services to be added to a COMPLETED order.

  9. Many times we do not know that it is credit card billing until after transactions have been posted. Give us the ability to add reductions at any time and make appropriate adjustments.

  11. We are trying to allocate revenue to every work ticket. It would be handy to see the work tickets currently assigned so that we can be sure all work tickets have been accounted for when transactions are entered.

  13. we have jobs with multiple services a day, with multiple days and even weeks of service. When billing, it would be helpful to have work tickets that have already been attached to a service highlighted or grayed out or identified in some way on the drop down in the Add Revenue Tab

  16. Currently, only one driver can be assigned to, and commissioned on, a single order. We have multiple commissionable drivers performing on orders (potentially as many as 6, but most often 2). It is not common for us to have a single commissionable driver associated with an order. Having to calculate commissions manually is frustrating, very time consuming and potentially error prone. Thank you.

  19. Revenue Entry: Reverse and Reverse All buttons - Include a note attached to each line that was reversed.

    As someone who audits revenue, I want to see why revenue or commissions are being reversed or adjusted. I would like a note to be added at the time the button is pushed instead of click on each note for each line item that is being reversed or adjusted. This is very time consuming.

  20. In Revenue when using a Group function to reverse commission entries, I would like to be able to add a note that will be entered with each entry on the commission line item. Basically add a reason why I am reversing the entries. Right now I have to click on each Note icon and add the note. This makes the process very time consuming so most people don't add a note as to why they are reversing the commission, but this is important to know why.
