ability to inactivate a branch
Give the ability to inactivate a branch in revenue processing so an old/outdated branch cannot be selected

I think this would be really valuable to clean up the revenue branch list/avoid user error, especially when branches exist with no accounts mapped to them (as is our case from when we set things up we thought we'd use it, etc etc)
