An error occurred while saving the comment I like that thought Jayn. To me the idea of a tag makes more sense than multiple note types. For the van line interfaces that can upload notes we need to maintain a single note type per note. Being able to tag a note like you would in Evernote is a great idea.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is currently possible by using the keyboard shortcuts for copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V), another keyboard shortcut that I use a lot is to select all text (CTRL+A). We could add a Copy to the right click menu, but in the meantime you should be able to use the keyboard shortcuts.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Donna, thanks for the suggestion. To help me understand can you provide an example of how this would be used, or what specific problem this resolves?

An error occurred while saving the comment Can you further define this? What are the expected results of clicking this button? Display a total of the revenue contained in the group (similar to the Total by Service Code)?

An error occurred while saving the comment Just to make sure I'm clear on #2 in your post...you are wanted us to add the ability in admin to disable advancing by trip (not allow advances at the trip level)? Or more broadly turn off the concept of a trip in Dispatch all together?

An error occurred while saving the comment Drew, can you provide more detail regarding what you are looking for? Are you talking about copying revenue details lines from one order to another? or within the current order?
For back ground information, the invoices are not actually uploaded into the Document Management database. We have always stored the archived invoices in a specific invoice table. The Document Management tool is just querying both the document management database and the invoice database. So the invoices are not duplicated and are not taking up any additional space in document management.
I could see us adding a way to turn viewing of invoices on/off in the document view...maybe even separating the regular documents from invoices in the view some how.
