    Please just add a copy to the right click menu. It will save time.

    I agree with this 100% We can't be perfect all the time and mistakes WILL happen. It would be nice if we could correct these notes instead of having to leave them in there and confusing other people that need to answer our customer's questions.

    I like this idea as well.

  5. Please change the phone number area to a "free" form format so we can type in the name of the spouse or whoever is our point of contact.

    Hello, we are actively working towards implementing a means of allowing you to link a phone number to a “free-form” name or label. We could also link this number to a master call list that is integrated with our text messaging.

    This year we plan to have quite a number of improvements related to phones and to texting.
