Please change the phone number area to a "free" form format so we can type in the name of the spouse or whoever is our point of contact.

Hello, we are actively working towards implementing a means of allowing you to link a phone number to a “free-form” name or label. We could also link this number to a master call list that is integrated with our text messaging.

This year we plan to have quite a number of improvements related to phones and to texting.

    making it a free form field will disable the use of texting from MoversSuite which we use all the time.

    as well as it would be nice to remove the drop down as it is very cumbersome. Shellie Peavey

    *High Importance* - being able to determine who you are calling during the move is esential and needs corrected immediately. We use to have the ability to label the contact numbers as needed instead of a pre-determined drop down box that doesn't match the description you need.
