TEXT MSG POSTING
ALL TEXT MESSAGES NEED TO POST INTO NOTES. ANY TEXT WITH THE CUSTOMER MUST TRANSFER UNDER CATEGORY TEST MSG. This is very annoying that it does not and will not allow a screen shot either.

With the addition of allowing images to be received via text coming soon, how will this be saved in MSS? We use this a lot for getting weights from foreign drivers when we are the OA only

In release 2019 R13, we offer the ability to copy the entire contents of a message (incoming and outgoing) and paste it into a document, new message, or a note. The copy includes when it was sent and by whom.
This functionality aside, the information contained within Text Messaging will always be available to retrieve at any time that is needed (we plan on making it easier to locate a message chain in the future). Is there any particular reason that the text information must be saved as a note as well? We do like the idea of saving the chain (or conversation) to PDF and attaching to Document Management.

I agree - we need to have documentation of the texting that happens. A note would be preferable, but having a pdf copy in DM would be acceptable. Right now you can not even copy and paste the information into notes or print it or anything. :)
