Can you review the ability to provide access to the customer so they can add their own items and then setup "expected" transactions for inbound items?

The use case, we have a customer who is looking to setup expected shipments into our warehouse. Sometimes, they are going to order product at the last second so it would be nice if they could input their own item and then complete out the "Expected" Inbound transaction.
