Previous/Next Buttons when locating an order number
We would still like to see Previous and Next buttons when finding an order. As our database grows and we have 20 John Smith's it would be nice to be able to hit the next button and view the next order. If we were searching by order number the next order would be the next order number. If we were searching by last name the next order would be the next order by last name alphabetically. This enhancement would be very helpful! Darla has called these VCR buttons in the past.
34 votesWe have made some changes to help in this area and have more on the horizon…but none actual include previous/next buttons or VCR buttons. We have added the quick find with the most recently used list, and coming soon we are expanding the “Use criteria from Previous Find” to assist. We are also going to be adding the ability to archive old orders which will help.

Change Reoccurring No End as Default
In Reoccurring Billing you have to select “reoccurring no end” because it automatically defaults to non-recurring. We would like this to default to Reoccurring No End. What is the point of setting up reoccurring charges if it is non-reoccurring?

Store/connect documents electronically to specific order #
We have emails, word documents, estimates, etc that are created for each individual order. In order to store these records we print them out and stuff them in a file. If you could attach these files electonically to the order in moverssuite we can eliminate the file and create huge savings in form of supply/paper cost and records retention. We would also improve service to our customers and staff productivity, because it would take less time to access customer information. Add in the other suggestion to create the interface for trans docs and we would have all the information in…

Import Cash Receipts from Excel or CSV file
We get an excel file from our lockbox and our credit card processor that has check numbers, amounts & order numbers. It would be great if we could import into cash receipts or payment management so we don't have to rekey the information

26 votesWhile we still don’t have the ability to update the origin and destination, we can now edit PO, and edit the send invoice to address. I’m closing this request, if the editing of origin and destination from the invoice is pressing please add another request for just that information. Thank you.

CPU Quantities PER SERVICE, Not PER ORDER
For O&I job (where there are multiple services), CPU quantities needed for a each service can vary. Currently, CPU quantities pertain to the TOTAL JOB. Would like to have it where CPU quantities pertain to the SERVICE so that QUANTITIES on WORK TICKET are specific to the SERVICE

Local Service Request Notes (O&I)
Make the Notes added to a Service Request the same field length as regular Memo Notes. Only allows 128 characters (not enough to describe O&I service). Also, allow these Service Request Notes to be EDITED by the Dispatcher (as these notes end up on the WORK TICKET)

Use Windows User ID (No more password prompt)
I would like for Mover's Suite to use the current windows session user id to log in. Since not everyone uses Active Directory a simple column, WinUserID, in the sysuser table could trigger MS to either prompt for a username or use the currenlty logged in username to get the default profiles from MS database. Then users would not have to enter their passwords every time they start Mover's Suite.

Agent be automatically entered through download
I would like for the Agents to be automatically entered into MoversSuite, just like the NA#, during the UniGroup downloads. The agent should be added to the Agents if it is not in there instead of creating a download error.

Billing Date Default
When generating revenue if billing date is not entered enter current date of generation as the billing date.
9 votesWe are still hesitant to automatically set the Bill Date. But we have recently added the ability for the user to do it with a simple click after they have generated transactions. Please look at the screen shot of the dialog that comes up in Revenue after generating transactions. This is going to beta soon and will be included in our next full release.

Posting negative amounts on a CR in Payment Management
I would like to be able to post an amount to an order that is greater than the amount of the check. For example, I might receive a check for $1000 that includes a payment on an order for $1050 and a claim deduction on a separate order for $50. It would be helpful to be able to post $1050 to the order and negative $50 to a general ledger account. This would be similar to the way the van line statements operate.
33 votesThe work to support this scenario has been completed and will be going into beta in early August.
