Import CPUs from TechMate
Would like to see the CPUs imported from TechMate into MoversSuite to eliminate double entry.

COMMISSION STATEMENT
It would be beneficial if we could create a bunch of Driver Statements at one time versus having to do them one at a time. In the drop down box for selection, have a check box next to each Driver so they can be selected all at once for that particular date.
Also, having the capability to then email the statements in bulk that are finalized with the email address in their Personnel record or GP Vendor record. See Francis for details

Find Order by From/To COUNTRY
When hitting Find and then going to Dispatch information to look for orders it would be nice for International to have the option to search by From COUNTRY and To COUNTRY and not just State or Area.

Job Costing
It would be great to be able to add columns under compare orders reporting. Adding columns such as shipment weight, or origin address and destination address would be super helpful!

Emergency Contact
It would be great to have a place where we could enter emergency contact info in the personnel tab. Having a place our staff can quickly and easily grab this about our drivers when it is needed would help greatly if it becomes needed.

Custom Workticket Issues
While I love the ability to create a custom work ticket based on our specific needs, the crew table is not functional in that while it allows space for the crew to handwrite in their arrival, breaks, departure, etc. It does not include a column for total hours. This needs to be available for the crew tables in both order information and O&I.
Secondly, the printing of a custom work ticket requires that the user select whether to open as a document or email. This is not necessary and should only open as a document thus eliminating a step which…

Revenue Transaction Errors Report
On the Revenue Transaction Errors Report, we would like to see the expense GL Account that needs to be set up. Currently the report just shows FirstCommGLNumber is not Dynamics GP. Unable to generate FirstCommGLNumber.

Ability to add signatures or check marks to excel documents shared with MS Crew
We would like the ability to add check marks or initials to an excel document shared into MSCrew.
If not then allow PDF documents to rotate with the screen so it makes the document larger and allow a free form check mark that will be of comparable size to the document so you don't have a giant check mark that is significantly larger than available spaces within a document.

Prohibit Will Advise or Cancelled Status on Self Haul
Right now, orders can be canceled or set to will advise status when self haul has been authorized. It would be great if you could add a check box in the order status options in Administration that would block changing to a status if Self Haul has been authorized. This would be something that we as administrators would determine which ones to apply this block on.

Update MSS Order Status when dates are entered or changed
When dates are entered into Moverssuite (move information tab); “MSS Order Status” should automatically change from Will Advise to Booked.

Bug fix the “add signature/notation” screen.
I’ve found a few bugs while trying to add signatures and notations to documents.
The app will delete what Signatures and notations without the clear button being pressed. I’ve even double checked my hands were away from the button. It happens often and I have to write the same thing 2-3 times just to get it to onto the page. A customer had to sign her name 5 times for one signature because it kept deleting.
While it seems to do fine with numbers, words and lines get distorted and expanded into nearly unrecognizable gibberish. I’ve tried to draw a…

Allow writing directly onto the document
When trying to fill out documents it becomes very cumbersome to constantly swap back to the “add signature/notation”. It would be very nice if I could write directly onto the document with the stylus.
Perhaps there could be a way to switch between viewing/moving the document around on the screen and a writing mode. Customers also seem to get annoyed having to constantly swap back and forth from the document to the “add signature/notation” page.

Commissions to home branch and not A/R Branch
Right now, the commissions follow the revenues for the revenue branch for any revenues posted. However, we need the ability to "force" commissions to apply to their default branch as set in administration, personnel and not charge to the A/R branch. In administration, personnel, there should be an option either under the accounting tab or the branches tab to set that all commissions are charged to the default branch.
Right now at the end of the month, we have to do journal entries in GP to move the commissions to the correct branch which is tedious and very time consuming.

Have the Email for the Customer in Great Plains automatically migrates to MS
We should not have to enter the Customer email again in MS for purposes of mailing monthly storage invoices, when it has already been entered in GP.
