    We haven’t had feedback on this since Sept 2013. I think most people are not looking for the literal old school “print screen” that would include the UI. If you have specific reporting needs, specific data you need the ability to get out of the application…please add those as specific requests. Thanks.

  2. Right now when you use the BI Tool, you can grab data from a Main, Second and Third business categories but you can only export the top level of data. This makes the report pretty much useless as you cannot do anything with the data. We need the export function to include all levels of data.

    This is a known issue and there is no timeframe as of yet that this will be corrected.

    In lieu of this limitation, we have completed a number of updates to add top-level search values, such as the Order Number, to any dependent views; this will allow you to search using just about any view and export it as a top-level set of data.

    Please email me directly if there is a specific view that you have questions about or wish to add it to the list of those to update.

  3. Right now, we can only add appointments to Microsoft Outlook Calendar. However, our salespeople have Google Calendars to interface with the Van Line. It would be nice to have the ability to add appointments directly from Movers Suite into Google Calendar.

  4. When sendering info from United an XML file is being brought in that has all the raw data. We need to have all of this data saved somewhere in order to report off of it. Currently it appears that parts of it are being wiped out after a billing import is done.

  5. On all orders that have a letter following the order number, can the Bill Date be automatically populated with the current date, when "Completed" or "Non-Rev Order" is entered in the MSS Order Status?

    This request is too specific and would not necessarily be useful to all customers. We have added the ability to set the bill date once revenue has been generated. But to automatically set it in these specifics could negatively affect one customer while helping another.

  6. When generating revenue, the two date boxes should only allow for the current month billing.

    Ex.-A date of 07/31/13 should be entered but a typo of 07/13/2003 is entered in the document date field-allowing the system to accept that as a date, throws all ageing and commission reports back to that date/year.

    if the GL date is locked, why isn't the document date locked????

    We have customers who use the document and journal dates differently and this restriction would cause some customers problems. We have recently added a warning if the date selected is in a different month than the delivery date.

  11. Allow administrators to add to the suggested restricted field list. Such as valuation and other blocks that are not on the current list.

    Also, make the actual block "shipment type" to be a required field.

  12. It would be convenient if there was a drop down menu that allowed you to quickly click on your previous shippers/customers file that you recently viewed.

    For example, suppose 30 minutes after reviewing a file we need to pull the file up again to make a quick note or copy/paste an email into the file. if there was a drop down menu that showed us our previously viewed 10 files, we could quickly click on the file, make the note, and move on.

    Currently we have to open an order, click on the find button, and input a name which…

  13. When "POSTING STORAGE" on the ACCT TOOL/RECURRING BILLING MGMT. You have a bullet to select ALL BRANCHES (that doesn't work) IF WOULD BE NICE IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED????

  14. Be able to assign a default customer that would appear on all orders of a certain type/authority. This be predominately used for vanline orders so we don't have to go into every vanline order and select the vanline customer name/number.

  18. I would like to be able to write a BI Tool report on revenue vs labor hours. So we can get a better idea of how much labor spend we use vs revenue. So what I would like is a view that uses both the fields in Revenue Entry with Crew Actuals.

  19. Add a refresh button in Document Management. For example, you have created a BOL through Forms Designer. Now you want to make it available to MSCrew. You have to closed/reopen Document Manager to find the document you have just saved there.
