I like the idea of having 2 different tabs, but what if you just highlight the ungenerated revenue?

Randy, I guess it has been awhile since I have signed in here. My VP wanted to know the total revenue for the month, not sure if the customer was asking him or not, but it was a pain to add it all up by hand. And there was some other people here that had asked for that too. I don't remember what their situations were though.

I would like this also. We have total by item code, but it would be nice to see the total per revenue group also. For instance we have a huge hotel job and we enter everything for each month under a new revenue group. It would be nice to highlight that group and then click a Total by Group button and see the total amount of revenue entered under that group.

I was just questioned about this by one of our sales people. It does seem like the Revenue portion of the Commission Statement should be correct.
I would like to be able to search in Notes also. It would be nice to find all the notes that contain a key word.
