Add the ability to define a "script" for tasks.
It would be nice for training purposes to be able to define a "script" on tasks. For example if the task indicates that a call is needed to the shipper, the script can give helpful instruction on the things to discuss. The script could also have more detail on what is expected to be done in order to complete the task.

Provide a notification system between Order Information and dispatch modules to report date changes.
Problems come up when a date is changed on a current order and not all the proper personnel are notified. This goes both ways, if dispatch changes a date...coordination needs to now. If the date is change by a coordinator or salesperson, the dispatcher needs to now.

Allow for text searches in Notes and other large text fields.
It would be nice to quickly search notes for instances of certain text to help you quickly locate information you are looking for.

create a report option similar to the "Sales Productivity Report" in TransPlus.
The report would provide the user with several sort/drill down options. The sales productivity report in TP was extremely valuable to drill down for data by various parameters - load date, booker, hauler, bill to, invoice date, authority, sales person, etc. By giving the user the ability to define their query, you can drill down to details that are not easily obtained using the other standard reports.

Add the Hauling Docs Received field (which is on the Billing Information tab) to the Local Dispatch Grid.
Adding the hauling docs received field to the local dispatch grid would let the dispatcher know if paperwork has been received or not, withouth having to open the order.

I suggest that you have a refund notification, similar to the claim notification functionality.

Show Leads in Long Haul Dispatch
Allowing long haul dispatchers to view leads in the long haul dispatch module would be a great feature. This would allow dispatchers to request aggressive pricing for leads that fill well with upcoming trips and help us find fill for our drivers.

Allow users to have multiple types of note per note.
For example, a person would be able to check local dispatch, revenue accounting, and customer service types for a single note. This would allow dispatchers and billing clerks to filter for local dispatch notes or revenue notes without requiring the coordinator to enter multiple notes.

Keep Mover's Suite dates when Vanline download dates are empty
From UVL PRIC, certain rating downloads (supplementals) have empty Load and Delivery dates. This download deletes the dates in Mover's Suite but it would be nice if those dates would stay as they match the main order.

If MS had the function to email the customer a custom survey once the order is complete, that would be awesome.

We are having issues fitting the husband & wife name as well as car names such as Jeep Grand Cherokee in the fields.

pop up windows
is there any way to have pop up windows that different departments could personalize depending on their needs.
for customer service having a pop up window come up before you leave an order/acct asking did you request self haul? would be amazing especially during the summer months. it would cut down on error, the possibilities are endless. just didnt know if this was even a possibility. another scenario is if we dont have destination address TBD for example and have a window pop up "Update destianation address".
just a thought.

I was wondering if you could have an icon or tab that directs you to a map on the origin or destination address, like the send email button. I feel this would be efficient during the peak season.

being able to apply discounts by group for local/intra moves
we have accounts that use the Ca tariff with specific disounts. When using CPU to bring over actual packing, it would make life easier to be able to discount by group instead of individual cartons
