1. MSCrew Dispatch Status

   The Dispatch Status is available in MSCrew. We have a lot of different ones added to track paperwork. In order to make MSCrew easier, we would like to only show the Dispatch Statuses that we choose in MSCrew or have them sorted in Alphabetical Order. I think it would be best to only give the crew the options we want them to use, but if we have to keep them all, please at least sort them.

2. Custom Workticket Issues

   While I love the ability to create a custom work ticket based on our specific needs, the crew table is not functional in that while it allows space for the crew to handwrite in their arrival, breaks, departure, etc. It does not include a column for total hours. This needs to be available for the crew tables in both order information and O&I.

   Secondly, the printing of a custom work ticket requires that the user select whether to open as a document or email. This is not necessary and should only open as a document thus eliminating a step which may seem like a small issue, for my branches printing 30 or 40 work tickets each day, it is time consuming.
