Emailed invoices from recurring billing don't save to Document Management
Right now, invoices emailed when recurring billing is run do not save in document management. We need that fixed.

Notify user if Begin Bill Date or Date In are not filled in
If the BEGIN BILLING DATE and DATE IN of a billing record is not entered, invoices will not generate. However, there is no alert or notice given to the user if they miss these fields. Please allow us to set these fields as mandatory when creating a billing record. We need the user to be alerted if they fail to enter all required data.
