  1. TV Carton rating

    At this time we cannot rate TV cartons as a carrier packed item for any tariffs. This needs to be fixed as the work around of adding it under additional items is bulky and not user friendly.

  2. Save the salesperson's signature

    It would be great if the salesperson could enter their signature that would automatically appear on the survey and the estimate. This way they wouldn't have to add their signature every time.

    Can we get the customer's email address to print on the estimates please.

  4. Smart search for agents

    Right now searching for agents returns only exact matches. It would be great if the search by zip code permitted a search by distance from the entered zip code. Right now salespeople in the field cannot easily find a destination agent on their interstate orders.

  5. View Carton counts

    When doing hourly packing we need to know how many cartons we are packing before we can figure out how many hours/packers are needed. We need an easier way of seeing this information without having to submit the rating and looking at the cube sheet.

  6. Allow saving of generic notes

    It would be great if each user could create their own "canned" notes that they can add to an estimate without typing or copying and pasting from another application on the iPad.

    These notes would be specific to each salesperson. For example, user A may want to have a note that she can select to have added to her estimate for any shipment moving into perm storage, etc.
