Notes documentation for completed tasks
As tasks are completed pop up the Notes dialog that allows the users to document how the task was completed. Such as spoke to shipper about packing. At the same time allow the note to be uploaded to a van line notes system where an upload is available

As Tasks are completed this would reduce the amount of duplicate data entry and allow for an upload to the van line if available.
