Email: We are using the MS email, but there are times we want to email from the report window like commission statements to the commissionable people and or work tickets to drivers. Would we be able to have a public and personal address books that could be accessed through the TO: button? or sometimes we want to email someone else within the company to work on something while were gone. Besides the replies not automatically being associated with orders, I think this is the number 2 complaint. (beside the slowness). ;) Please advise if this can be done. PS. Let me know when you see this.
