Billable vs payable additional services to vendors - agents
Enhance additional services tab & store info tab to include information about details of vendors-agents accessorial services to include estimated, actual and billable amounts. Have check box to set up payable. This would expedite billing process, help eliminate spreadsheets on rollouts and help eliminate excessive memo pad notes.

This would also provide benefits for reporting for vendor management-selection as well as data for clients as necessary.
