Today the MoversSuite data model doesn't support RMCs and their locations. This forces our group to put RMC data into Accounts making later selection and downstream reporting very difficult. Instead we have to use multiple User Defined labels to separate them out. This causes customer service reps to frequently select the wrong one which could apply a number of other rules to or effects to the order. If the model was changed to incorporate RMCs as well as RMC locations and Account locations this would enable us to better ensure we didn't apply incorrect business logic in MoversSuite.
